I’ve only brought my dog here twice but I really love their service and how my dog yogi is well taken care of. He suffers from seizures and I feel comfortable bringing him with them. My dog got a seizure while at his appointment and front staff took action and took my dog to the back right away. Forever grateful! Im really happy that his vet Dr. Kristi recommended seizure medication. Here’s a picture of my fur baby 🐶

My 13 year old needed surgery ASAP, I called and the staff was super knowledgeable as to what my pups needed and was able to book surgery the same day. Not only that but they went the extra mile to call the next day to follow up and make sure my pups was responding well to medication and surgery. They truly made us feel comfortable leaving our pup in great hands!

Someone in the office promised me a call back twice for my dog grooming. Never got a call. But they sure called for me to make a $18 payment when I’ve paid over $400 for one visit alone. They made me feel like Smokie isn’t welcomed at their place of business. I will NEVER do business here again! And I believed I was being charged for services not even rendered. They said “oh we forgot” I feel we were discriminated against. Very short with me on the phone as well. Do BETTER!

They are great with our pets! We have 2 dogs and 4 birds. During emergency situations they have made time for us and have never made us feel rushed. My family recommends this vet for your furry friends!

Unfortunately I had to put my cat down, the staff at ACC were so caring and made this difficult process less stressful. I couldn't have asked for a better group of caring people. Brought both my cats today for the first time since moving to the area. Everyone in the office was so friendly and I was in the exam office in less than 5 minutes. I had to go back home for the second cat cause I had made separate appointment times. They were able to give medication to help my second cat, which has severe anxiety, and it helped her greatly for the car rides and appointment. It's 30 minutes away, but I think it's worth the trip for future vaccination appointments. Izzy and Squibb loved you guys.

This clinic used to have the most caring doctors and staff. It has gone through some changes recently and is no longer the same caring facility it used to be. They previously worked with animal rescue and now no longer care for the animals in need. I will be looking for a different clinic that supports rescue.

Highly recommend ACC to anyone! We moved 40 minutes away after using them for years and will continue to make the drive for all appointments because there’s no one else I trust more. They’re great with all our dogs but especially our third dog who is fear aggressive. Since the first time we brought her in they took our lead on how to make her visits as stress free as possible for everyone and each visit since then they continue to check in and see where she’s at. Recently they’ve helped us through some very difficult diagnosis’ and truly care about us and our dogs. We’ve only ever had great experiences!

I have recently changed my vet service to Randall Pointe. Although it is a longer commute from my local veterinarian service it is totally worth it! They have made me and my dog feel comfortable and I know that my furbaby is in the best hands when she is with them.We have some newly diagnosed issues with my dog and Animal Care Clinic of Randall Pointe has gone above and beyond to make sure all of our needs are met. I will continue to use their services for years to come! If you are on the fence as to where to take your animal for care do not hesitate to make an appointment with them. 5 star service. A+. The doctors and staff at this clinic took excellent care of my Shih Tzu in his final years.Dr. Andrea has always impressed me with her professionalism and genuine compassion for my boy. If you like your pet to live, of void, the animal care clinic like the plague. We have had two animals, one dog, and one cat, that within 7 days of visiting this vet, have been put down, or died. We are over $2,000 in bills for this vet to kill our animals. Attached is the picture of the result of our puppy visiting ACC.

A sincere thank you to Dr. Niki and Dr. Kristi for taking care of my super senior cat, Nikki. Both were very responsive and respectful to my every wish towards the end of his life. They did the best to keep him comfortable and treat him when things popped up. They even called me to check in on him after being seen for something in the office. I can not thank both of these doctors enough for all they did for my fur baby. He passed away on 10/12/21 after a long life of 20 years. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk as well. Soon

For context, we've been seeing ACC for our two dogs since 2020. Really liked this vet initially (and still do think the doctors here are great), but over time, I have been disappointed with the services.Recently, ACC lost a stool sample for our dogs worm test, which we understood, but then our dog wasn't feeling well, so we brought him in for a checkup. It has been really expensive, and I had very long wait times trying to talk to staff, and after his last liver test, confusing communication overall.We asked a tech why his two hour test took four hours and she told my husband they got busy even though I called periodically to check when we could pick our dog up and they kept giving us a window of time and then never called. I also asked for my dog's test records at the front desk, and we were directed to the PetDesk app, but there was no information for his results.I think the good intentions are there, but the miscommunication from the staff makes it very stressful. Please do not tell your clients a doctor will call that day if there is a chance they will not because we ended up waiting for the call all day. Please do not direct people to an app for medical information if you're unfamiliar with the contents of the app. Please choose your words carefully when speaking to your clients about the pets they care dearly for.I've been so worried for my dog, and this interaction with the staff has not made any of this easy. Again, the doctors have been great, but I think the clinic may just be too busy at times and cause confusion with communication.

This isn't my usual vet for my pets but I would definitely come back. I just adopted a puppy that needed to be fixed. The adoption agency and the foster family told me that my puppy had a scheduled neuter appointment Aug 2 @ 7am and that it was very important to make that appointment at this vet location. When I showed up, records show that my puppy had no future appointments but had been seen by the foster before and instead of having me to come back in, they took him in right away and it was very quick and convenient. I did not expect such great service because they did seem very busy at the time. The surgery went well and my puppy is healing great. Their staff is amazing and I'm considering transferring my pets here in the future!

Been visiting this vet for over 4 years. While it started out great like every where these days it has become a money grab. It's nothing but more and more testing, gets more expensive every time we go and we never get answers. I took two of my pets elsewhere after visiting here cost me half as much and got answers instantly. Only reason I still contact them at all is because my 16 yr old cat needs insulin and I don't want to put him through the stress of seeing a new vet. However with their constant holding prescription hostage without more testing it may be time.

We brought Goldie our Golden retriever there for 13 years and the staff from the technicians to the doctors were excellent.We rescued a puppy after we lost Goldie and noticed a change in the staff and service. Chloe our new pup is extremely loving but she is extremely nervous and scared when being in a car. I explained this to the staff numerous times and assumed they were professionals and understood how to handle a dog like this. Today I brought her in to get her nails trimmed and the young inexperienced technician brought her back and said she can’t do it because she is afraid of Chloe. I put a muzzle on her and told her to try it again. She brought her back out and said she was able to do it but I couldn’t bring her back unless I drug her.I pulled her records and will find a professional Vet that knows how to handle a dog who is scared without drugging it.It’s a shame how this place has changed and I recommend that they train technician’s on how to handle dogs before they hurt themselves or the dog.

This is easily the best vet we have ever been to, hands down. The doctors and techs are all wonderful, have great bedside manner, and the prices are affordable and fair, where as many other vet offices we have been to over the last few years have had prices for almost all services skyrocket, in comparison. They are also always able and willing to fit in appointments for our animals, even on what feels like somewhat short notice. We have also worked with the grooming department here once recently and it was an equally pleasant experience. I can’t speak highly enough about ACC and would recommend them to anyone.

I love this place. The staff is amazing. They genuinely care for the animals well being. Every time I go, they always are so caring and helpful and nice. My dog Nuka always seems to find his way back to the vet (poor guy) or maybe it’s just me being concerned about his well being cause he means the world to me. Either way I would pay any price to make sure he is happy and healthy. Any issue I have ever encountered with Nuka, they seem to always correct it! They even call the next day at times to check in. Thank you for the amazing work you all do!! Nuka appreciates you (:

I called in the morning as a first time patient and my brand new puppy was sick. They got me in, handled everything carefully and were so caring. I had a follow up question a few days later and the vet called me back personally that afternoon. She was kind, informative and reassuring that my pup would be ok. She also discussed some things that I could do to help in his comfort as he gets better. She put hope back into me. We are a patient for life now.

Dr Courtney was amazing with our 2 yr old English Bulldog. Two other vets wouldn't even trim his nails w/o sedation. She took her time and let us handle him while he got his shots & ears cleaned. Others always wanted to take him to "the back room". She just saw him as a sweet boy who gets a little "grumpy" when messed with. We will definitely be back.

When we adopted our dog from K9s4U this was one of the options for a veterinary for the included spaying, chipping and rabies shot. The online reviews looked promising. We couldn't have been happier with our treatment from all of the people. They truly made you feel comfortable. The follow up call the next day to see how our dog was doing was very considerate. We would use them for our vet if we didn't live so far away and weren't happy with our vet.
