Sherry and I believe marissa Melinda(sorry I’m terrible with names) both did an amazing job on my two husky’s. They have a package that works perfect for my heavy shaders not to mention keeping their nails trimmed and teeth clean! All for a super reasonable price. Today they even did Fourth of July photos that I am just in love with! My dogs just walks right in with staff and I love that they are comfortable with them. They also never mind helping me load them into the car if they aren’t busy in the back, a huge plus with two pulling dogs lol.

Brought my dogs back today for baths and right away they answered all my questions and gave great service.I’ve been taking both of my dogs, Duke and shadow every 6-8 weeks since the beginning of the summer. They are Siberian huskies, very hairy. They’ve been coming out looking refreshed and lighter from all the fur combed off. There bandanas that they add at the end make them look so handsome. I would keep coming back to get them bathed.

I would give them 10 stars if I could!Josi is the best, use to come here for years with my dog, Sprocket. Sprocket and Josi became fast friends. We visited more and more after COVID, and there weren’t a ton of dogs going at the time, but Sprocket was always exhausted, even though there weren’t a ton of dogs going. The staff always went out their way make sure they were wore out. Josi has made us feel like family since day one. Sprocket and I moved away to TN about two years ago, and came back this week to visit family and reached out in hopes up see Josi. So I emailed and extremely quickly I was emailed back. When we can in sprocket hugged, my pup is not super affectionate. Made my heart happy. She even captured the cutest picture of him. Every one needs a Josi in their lives. Great customer service all around Janesville and South Beloit locations. We will be back every time we visit home. Thanks for paw-tasting service.

We don't know the complete history of Sasha, we just know it was bad, we got her roughly in March, and we finally felt comfortable taking her to get groomed, so we decided to go to Bubbles and Bows in south beloit and they gave her and bath (got yrs worth of shedding off her) cleaned her ears and even got her nails trimmed, we picked her up and she was so happy and much healthier looking and they even put a bandanna on her :) we also took our other rescue there who happens to be a German shepherd and he wouldn't let us near his feet to trim his nails, they had them all trimmed within 10 min, we definitely will be going back...I have included a picture of Sasha and dio

The crew at the South Beloit Bubbles & Bows are great in taking care of my pet dog Nomi who sometimes, she is not the most cooperative American Terrier, but she loves to go there and get her nails done and a bath so that she can come back home and act like a DIVA. Thanks to Everyone there!

I took my cockapoo and aussiedoodle, asked them not to shave them since it's getting cold. They shaved my cockapoo bald, you could see his skin. I asked them to leave the hair on top of his head, no the only hair left was his ears. They tore my aussiedoodle's butt while expressing her anal gland. When my husband picked them up they had their collars on the wrong dog. While my husband was trying to fix them the worker just walked away. But first complained that the aussie likes to play in her poop and she had to clean it up. Hello, that's your job. No discount offered or apology given. We won't be back. Worst groomer we've been to.

I took my dog in for a haircut and bath. Picked him up couldnt understand why he was shaved down all over his body aside from his tail, which was long and matted. I asked the woman at the front desk and she said she didnt know what happened and why he was not clipped all the way as he usually is.I feel someone should of called me of there was an issue or reason he was 3/4 groomed. I sure got charged full price.

They were great this was the first time our puppy fluffy was every groomed! They were so kind, that put my mind at ease. She did really well too and was napping when I got there. This told me she was comfortable ❤️ They also maid her an adorable Easter picture for us we loved it❤️ Thank you Bubbles and Bows we will be back soon!

I am so beyond grateful for the service at bubbles and bows. The groomers were able to shave off pounds of dense fuzz that was weighing Castiel down. They handled him with grace and bathed him so incredibly well. They even printed a picture of him with an adorable frame. Thank you to Hailey, Marya and Sherri! Our puppy left the building happy, smelling good, and handsome as can be!

Miss the lady that retired...my dog does not like getting her nails trim down there anymore today she bled from 1 of them😢this was some years ago… I started going back & I do have to say they have been wonderful gotten a lot better since my original post. My dog hates the Vet & groomers and baths at home so she shakes but I would definitely recommend Bubbles & Bow again. I continue to go to them they are convenient & usually doesn’t mind just popping up without an appointment

My experience at Bubbles & Bows is a prime example why some reviews are so misleading, I can only assume they were placed by bots or people with an ax to grind with the owner June. I called two dog groomers with higher Google ratings only to be informed they were a month out for appointments. When I asked about Bubbles & Bows I was told to stay away. When I asked why, all they said was “read the reviews!” I read all the Yelp and Google reviews. I noticed no negative reviews about their grooming services. The negative reviews were about customer service and boarding services. My experience was perfect. This is what I happened. I called yesterday and left a voice mail message. In under two minutes my call was returned. The person was super pleasant. She even provided her cell number so I could text a photo of how I wanted Jack to look. (They cut his hair as pictured. Perfection). Today when I arrived at their shop I was surprised by the large size. A big parking lot next to the two swinging front doors makes it easy. My first impression was how clean and welcoming it is. First I walked by the kennels. I’ve never been to a kennel that was this transparent. Large windows allowed me to see the entire operation. If there is an issue with their kennel and treatment of animals, everyone would see. I highly doubt any claims against the quality of care of pets boarded at Bubbles & Bows. I’d leave Jack here. The next section is the store. All your pet food and more can be found here. Prices were competitive. Finally, we met the front desk person who registered Jack for his haircut. The reception was great. Smiles. Kindness. Questions about his haircut and health. The groomer came out of the back to meet Jack and review everything. I’ve never had this level of service from a groomer. Because Jack is ten years old they had some senior dog grooming items to review. Three hours later they sent a text that he was ready to be picked up. When I returned Jack was calm and looked great. My only comment is about price. They charge $10-15 more compared to the competition and based on my experience today, Bubbles & Bows is worth it.

I am so pleased how my dogs came back after being groomed by Hailey! I got both of my dog's nails trimmed and both of them dyed! She was so nice and they both look stunning. I will be returning and having Hailey as my forever groomer!!

I take my two chihuahuas to B&B regularly. The staff is always really nice and my boys (Romeo and Bentley) always look sharp too! I especially appreciate the way Sherri does my boys nails! She always rounds them off so they aren’t sharp! Highly recommend!

Bubbles & Bows has helped groom my various pets for years. They are always kind, patient, and do what it takes to get the job done with no drama. Most recently, Sherry at Bubbles & Bows has been grooming my difficult bulldog/pomeranian mix dog, Chuck, and assisting with his boarding. He is a very challenging dog when it comes to new people and a lot of people won't deal with him. But Sherry has been the Dog Whisperer, finding ways to work with him and her fearless demeanor soothes him and they have become the best of friends. She's also helping other staff work with him. No matter what pet or challenge, when or where, Bubbles & Bows delivers. And Sherry has perseverance a true gift with animals. P.S. They also put up with our spirited cat.

The Vet says to stay on it. I appreciate your entire staff who knows the products but Sherri has given me advice on other issues and turns out her advice was correct……Thank you Sherri and staff

I had been dealing with a flea problem and was unable to resolve it on my own after trying many different products. After one visit to Bubbles and Bows our cats are completely flea free and back to their happy selves. The prices were lower than I expected and the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
