Nicely decorated for the holidays. Met my son here to catch up after his vacation. Excellent waiter helped us with some perfect food choices and had a great sense of humor. The food was very good and the portions were good, I wasn't able to finish my meal. Prices were good to average. We weren't rushed at all. The waiter was attentive but not hanging over us. Great overall experience.

Ordered the supreme nachos to go. i haven't had them in ages. Asked for shredded cheese. Didn't get any. Maybe a teaspoon of cheese sauce Sour Cream to go was gross. Quality has definitely gone down hill.

I had to drop my car off at the body shop in Sandwich and after a Yelp search, Somonauk Pancake House appeared on my radar. The current owners have been here for two and a half years, but this place has been a restaurant for many many many moons. They offer very affordable specials all day long. I really enjoyed their veggie omelette, as it was nice and fluffy and flavorful. There was only one server this Monday morning and Deb was working her butt off. I'm kind of thinking when I pick my car up I just may stop in for dinner. They have three large dining areas and are good for a party or large group. They don't have a website but they often put their daily specials on their Facebook page.

Food is OUTSTANDING!!! Homemade, very reasonably priced all you can eat chicken dinners $6.95 Wednesday. The owners are very nice as is the waitstaff.

Food was good. Service was good. It was mother's day so it was busy. Went again tonight. My husband had cod and I had a salad. Both were excellent and veryreasonable. Ate there last night. Great again. The staff is wonderful?

We use to love to come here, now we have tried several times and ordered different foods. Disappointing every time. Must be new owners. Tonight my husband ordered soup with his meal, but the waitress forgot to bring the soup. I ordered biscuits and gravy. The gravy tasted like flour water with sausage in it. No amount of salt and pepper made it taste any better. I think the cook needs to find a cook book with a gravy recipe. 🤔

Good food and friendly staff. Their skillets are good. They have saganaki, which piques my interest but I haven't tried it. They had some really nice looking pieces of chocolate cake in the display but I didn't try any. Seated right away, hostess very pleasant. Good sized menu with additional special posted by the hostess station. Food was yummy and came from the kitchen pretty quickly. Waitress appeared to be working by herself and was hustling the entire time. We would go back!Parking: Lot could stand to be restriped. Really hard to know where to park.

I didn't realize I was going to rate this restaurant or I would have snap picture BEFORE eating! I had the country fried steak and it was fantastic. Their coffee...just as good. I knew I was in the right place when I saw the full parking lot. I dealt with 3 employees while dining here and each as nice as the next. Will definitely be returning.

such a wonderful place to eat, REALLY GOOD food, never had anything that wasn't above my expectations... and I'm picky about where I eat, I mean I carry my own silverware (real silver), and the PEOPLE are GREAT!picky example... buttered.. (not spred, not toasted) grilled to golden brown English muffin, and they nail it everytime!

Food was pretty good but the speed of service left a bad impression. It too about 20 minutes after being seated to get a glass of water about another 10 before we had a sever.From sit down to the food coming out is about 45-50 minutes.The food was pretty good as I mentioned however they would benefit from some service improvement.

This is a nice little breakfast place! Service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive but not overbearing. The food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! I had the Mexican Omelett with Chorizo, Onions and Avacado. Plenty of all and extra fresh sliced ripe avocado on top. There were the usual choices for breakfast sides. Overall a nice experience. We will go back again.
