Great job from Theresa, who is who I delt with in sales to Brian who delivered my connex! It was not an easy place to deliver but everyone involved did a great job!! Quick delivery and excellent customer service. My container is in excellent condition and I am very pleased with my experience. I would highly recommend USA containers, if I had more room I would definitely buy another container from them!!

Took a month to finally get our container. Called and said container is on the way. Called an hour later and said it was cancelled. Got a call from logistics office said container would be delivered today. Got another call the same day said they're working on a delivery date. Best part of the whole transaction was the delivery driver. He was very patient and put the container exactly where I wanted it.

Couldn’t of been easier. Needed abuilding our Goats couldn’t eat.😑😁My husband showed me these, and they looked like a Perfect fit for some extra storage. We contacted Cori at USA-Containers LLC and had one in place the following week. You can do it all from home. So nice… She was very helpful with all questions and concerns. Highly recommend.

Order 2 40 ft containers delivery guy asked for us to send him the information of where we live among pictures as well said that he could deliver. Husband even met the driver at the bottom of the hill to show him the property in his own vehicle to see if he could deliver it the driver said not a problem he's been through worse. So my husband took him back to the truck and proceeded to drive him back up the mountain maybe 5 minutes in the delivery driver put the truck in low gear when we're on flat land and his truck started overheating so husband guided him back out and there was no delivery and we are charged $900. Major lack of communication with the company itself and definitely with the delivery company I would never use them.

so far not happy when I paid for my container my sales person said at the most 10 shipping days I ask her to ck on del date because Im a disabled veteran and she said you could pay extra for del for early del put they said they would try well no word from them until I called them and they will check into it finally got Email that it's not coming until 21 or 25 which is a lot longer then 10 days I have to get surgery end of month and was planning on having my stuff moved in just very disappointed

Worked with a " Super Nice " lady (who set everything up ). Our driver was named Carl. He also was Super Nice, he was all about what the owner wanted... was 150 miles from where he had to be and spent more than enough time making sure I knew everything about the purchase, site, etc.. every person I dealt with purchasing our 40ft (very nice) container was AWESOME! Was scared to do a wire transfer, but everything went perfect and quick!! One of my smartest choices for storage!!! Thank you, Brent. " Southern Illinois " .

Had my doubts about ordering a container due to the mixed internet reviews of the various companies, however my experience with USA Containers, LLC exceeded all my expectations. They had a container I was looking for in stock and were able to arrange delivery in about a week. Today, Dan the driver showed up on time and went out of his way to get the container positioned correctly and was a heck of a nice guy to boot. All the people I dealt with were super friendly and professional, the container was as advertised and I could not be happier with it. Thank You!!!

USA containers try to delivery me a bucket of rust! They charged my account $1088 for delivery fee and never gave me a container. There is a reason why you can see the container before. Their containers have deteriorating rust everywhere and holes too. They shouldn’t be in business. Now I have to sue them! Bad people and very dishonest.

I called USA Containers LLC for some information about refrigerated containers and spoke with Mike A. He was so helpful and friendly! He sent me some information right away. I have since called back with questions and spoke with Mike again. He took the time to understand my concerns, called me right back after being interrupted, and sent me pictures to help me understand. Everyone I talked to here were very professional and friendly. The best part was Larry who delivered the container went way out of his way to make sure the container was right were I wanted it. Most companies would just back in and drop it but Larry and this company are there to make sure you're satisfied. I recommend them to everyone!
