Lied about the timeline twice. Kept my only work truck for 75 days to do a head gasket replacement. Poor customer service. Zero updates with progress. Vehicle returned to me with low coolant. Coolant was so rust colored and chunky another shop had to flush the system three times to clean it out and told me it was actually water and not coolant that was replaced by this shop. The inside of the office looks like an episode of hoarders, and the outside is a haphazardly parked used car graveyard around 100% of the building. Maybe they used to be good but i wont go back even if these head gaskets fail. Garbage

I've used their services many times on at least three different vehicles. They're always honest, fair, and they explain exactly what they've done or what is needed.Most recently I had to have some repair done because I hit a dead animal. They assessed the situation and explained to me exactly what the problem was and what they did to correct it. I was expecting a huge bill but they just charged me for the couple of hours it took them to repair it and the couple of dollars worth of parts they already had on hand. The car is back to 100% again.

My whole family has had vehicles serviced at repairs unlimited for many years. As their name claims, they are capable of repairing everything from tractors and lawn mowers to imports and hybrids. they have always been honest, competent, affordable, resourceful, and timely. they communicate different options well, from the necessity of repairs to choices of parts (new/junkyard/etc). whether you want to string along an old car or keep a new one in top shape, they're a great choice.

Had my center link, tie rods, hubs and a few other things replaced and the parts that were in the truck look exactly the same from old parts. My steering stabilizer bolt was just sitting in its place with the nut on the bolt half way screwed on. Not the first time I’ve heard of this issue of them not replacing parts. I refuse to bring it back as they tell me to every time I call in I can’t ever get a straight answer on anything.Service: General repairs & maintenance
