Got my 14' wide on here straight easy access and egress for big trucks. Clean, quiet, and relaxed parking for your 10 hour. Great staff, plenty of good food for groceries.

I would rather eat dirt than buy groceries here. Their fifo consists of sending damaged goods out in online pickup orders. They're constantly lying about what's in stock or out of stock. They have 2000 types of vitamins which is great but no real good medicinal cures cuz they're bought and paid for by the pharmaceutical companies. Lying about weights of chicken and other produce.

This place is unreal. Came in to get a plug for my tire, said it would be about an hour wait. That's fine. After an hour goes by, still didn't have my vehicle in. Another 15 minutes goes by and they finally get it in. Next, I'm literally standing outside watching no one work on my car for almost 25 minutes after they pulled it in. Still waiting on them to literally just pull out a nail and still witnessing no one work on it. This is unreal service and the worst I have ever had. Took over 2 hours just to plug my tire. Never going back to this location. Rude employees.

The layout of this Wal-Mart is really nice. The staff are nice 90 percent of the time. That's saying a lot when it comes to Wal-Mart around here. The moline one is terrible with customer service.I've asked for help finding something several times. I looked it up on the app. It was supposed to be in a certain location and I flat out couldn't find it! The staff have been very nice about helping me and if it's not there, they have no issues going to the back and looking for me.The checkouts are a hit or miss. That's why I gave it 4 stars. All in all, it's kind of a hidden gem when it comes to Wal-Marts. Sssshhh don't tell everyone I said that. We don't want it getting too popular! :)

Shop here 3 times a week. Normal WalMart complaints; hate self check out. lack of open cashiers, can not discretely buy sex items any more because they were moved to a secure dispensery requiring a staff member to see what you're buying (I no longer buy these items at WalMart, I buy them online only from other retailers), I loathe having my integrity checked by the hired bouncers at the exits. If theft is that big an issue. please remove self checkouts. WalMart, YOU created this problem, why do I have to suffer for your cost savings? The prices certainly haven't come down! Fear of unlabeled lab grown Meats. I buy meat from local sources. Too many items from China. Yes I read packages and will buy elsewhere to get American made goods whenever possible. To end on a positive note, staff is friendly and outgoing. and store is generally clean, although they aren't afraid to let their online shoppers get right in your way or leave pallets here and there to circumnavigate.

Terrible customer service at this store & with Corporate. I had called this store to place an order in the deli. I called multiple times with no answer before finally calling corporate to have the store call me back. They call me back at a very inconvenient time & I can’t hear the person on the phone so I call back a little later. No answer again in the deli. I had to ring customer service to have someone answer the phone. Finally I am putting in my order & the guy I’m talking to don’t know the prices. I ask for a manager, he tells me there are no mangers. The managers all left by 4 today. Then says maybe I could get you a different department manager. I asked him to get me a store manager. Finally he transfers me to a manager. I tell her what’s going on & discuss the price I had seen online. She told me she would honor that price & to let them know in the deli that she had approved that price & to put her name with it. She transferred me back to the deli to put in my order. All is good I’m thinking.Now it’s the day of the event & I head to the store a little early to shop for some additional items. I stop by the deli on my way in & let them know I’m there for the order. They say yep we got it, it will be done. I head off to do my shopping. A few isles into the store the deli boy comes up to me & says the deli manager said she needs to talk to you about your order. I go to the deli & she proceeds to tell me she will not give me the price that the manager had approved. I gave her the name of the person I spoke to & asked her to contact said person. She told me she was not there. I asked for a store manager, she refused to get them over there. Now I call corporate & explain that their deli manager is arguing with me about the price. After I explain everything & they put me on hold multiple times, they say to me I’m sorry there is nothing we can do for you. I walked out empty handed & went to jewel wheee I received great customer service. I will never shop Walmart again after this experience.

I'm not a fan of so many self check outs, then feeling harassed as if you didn't scan your own items correctly. There are an equal number of helpful customer service team members, just as there are rude ones. Never fails,when my son goes in alone, he is treated as if he is suspicious. The online shopping orders should be filled during the night while store is closed, not while it's open and people are in the store trying to shop, the aisles are not big enough and most the staff act as if the in store customers are in THEIR way. Staff monitoring self check out should be cleaning the check out spaces off with a disinfectant frequently!Clearance isle shoppers beware!! Pay attention to the prices because many items are not actually on clearance but marked as if they are.Pharmacy staff is amazing!! Especially Alan! But there are several others who are very pleasant and helpful as well. I'm always recommending this pharmacy to others.Overall, I prefer the Silvis location over Moline any day!!

I placed an online order pick up at 9 am. I get a text at the time I'm supposed to pick up at 8pm saying there is a delay, u had to call twice, finally asking for a manager. Jacob comes out being rude and annoyed he even had to come speak to me, saying Moline shut down and they had call offs, not my problem! Staff accordingly! He walked away with out even an apology and when I said I'll be calling corporate, he said go ahead.. not good customer service. Don't do online grocery pick up here!

Normal Walmart. Needs more people cashiers & the store rarely appears to be neat and tidy. Maybe it needs to be renovated. Parking lot is full of potholes.

Seemed to be lacking in the tech department. Went to get a new smart watch I had seen there at one point, but when I got there they said they didn't sell that model. Definitely seen it at one point before however.

Been going here 9 years. They've made changes. Shorter checkout lines. Remodeled the bathrooms. Better displays. Customer service is better. They've made it a little more easier to find things.

Self check out. They don't offer a discount for checking yourself out and I don't work there's so I don't expect to do thier work for them. There are too few cashiers for those of us who don't want to do their job for them.

It's a truly wonderful experience .Employees laughing with each other having g fun on the job...some of the digs absolutely hilarious.Love this store. My service dog Jake gives them ten paws.

I hope walmart files for bankruptcy they are the ones who put Kmart out of business and they are really rude and snoby here they have a Security piggy that follows you around the store while you are shopping very uncomfortable walmart sucks and hope they file bankruptcy and crash

This one may be the better than Moline and Davenport but it's not by much. The service is normally friendly and the store is clean. I realize the entire world has forgotten courtesy is but a simple "Excuse me" when pushing those giant online pickup carts directly in front of where Im shopping would help.

Got a blowout replaced here passing through for work from Chicago to Des Moines. Well, turns out they didn’t tighten the bolts all way and I found out the hard way. I tried to get in touch with the auto department multiple times but apparently it’s closed now. I don’t think I would ever recommend anyone have anything car related done at any Walmart, ever. Luckily I am safe and nothing happened but this situation could have ended catastrophically.

This is definitely the better Walmart on the Illinois side!! I walked in for 1 thing, but I found better clearance, fuller shelves, more selections... I was amazed! I told my husband it might be worth the longer drive to go to this Walmart!!!

So I put in a prescription and was told to come back in a half-hour. Only to be told it's not ready till the next day!!!! Happens all the time.Why till someone otll take a half hour when it can't be filled!!!! So pissed!
