Monday is chicken day at 4pm. Arrived at 4pm had to wait 15 minutes for chicken. Line was 7 deep behind me. Only one vat cooking. Then 10 minutes later put down another vat. Why have a special when u don't have things ready.

Nice store. Employee needs to show more empathy towards customers. I love the variety of the products for sale to the customers. Place looked very orderly and clean.

Love the smell of "Cheep Chicken" Monday! I would like to give a shout out to the deli staff that was serving up the chicken yesterday. There were only two behind the counter trying to cook and serve due to being short staffed. Since the chicken special is so popular, there was a long line. I commend them for staying professional. I know there were some impatient customers in line, but the staff was working very hard to serve everyone as quickly as possible. I appreciated the service they provided. They deserve a huge pat on the back!

I like shopping at Jewel for some things. But not more expensive things than other stores. They had Carnita meat on sale for $6. And change. I got home & realized I was charged full price. Ugghh !!!

Love cheap chicken Mondays. The store is a little expensive but you can randomly find some great deals. It's not crowded like other stores making it easy to get in and out. Dislike that they put in self checkouts. It takes away from personal aspect.

Great customer service, and a great community behind it. I honestly felt bad for 3 people letting me go in front of them just for having 1 item, but I wasn't gonna let their goodwill go to waste. Thanks everyone!

I only wish the prices were better. Otherwise I'd shop here all the time. There isn't a friendlier staff in the grocery business and for that I can't express my gratitude. Everyone I have ever encountered there is sweet and helpful.

I have always liked the store ever since I was a little girl I remember going there with my grandparents. They would appear to be a good place to work for because they have retained the same employees many of them anyway for quite some time so the service seems to be a little bit more personal and friendly and I definitely appreciate that. It's always very clean there and there's usually plenty of help so that you're not spending a lot of time in the line and waiting to make your purchases.

Would have given 5 stars but an item was tagged with 0.00 on the price sticker and it was actually two dollars and some change. They did not offer to make it right and I didn't have time to go to service desk.....things should be marked correctly.

What a pleasant surprise to discover Jewel-Osco! Friendly, helpful employees, beautiful fruits, veggies and floral. Nice deli and baked goods. Great prices in the meat department. The prepackaged roast was super good crock pot dinner. Oh, they have a fabulous dried spice section! For an adult beverage? They've got that covered as well. I am most definitely Jewel-Osco hooked!!!

Love shopping here. Employees are great. Always helpful. Rhonda is my favorite cashier. She always has a smile and is so cheerful. Brian is another favorite..always willing to help. Couteous and thoughtful. All cashiers and helpers never fail to ask if I would like help with my purchases no matter the size.

These are the absolutely worst attitude people I've ever met,or dealt with. The funny thing is, they set me up a appointment for a coronavirus booster shot, even emailed me the day before to confirm that appointment. I wasted $5.50/gallon gas to arrive on time, only to have the smart mouth woman behind the counter tell me they weren't doing boosters.NEVER AGAIN!!!

One can find bargains here if one is in the just 4 u rewards program. The bakery does an excellent job. Like many businesses Jewel needs employees.

My husband and I shop here weekly. It’s a great little store. We like that it’s not huge like the big box stores.We can get in & out, and not have to walk through a department store, appliance store, shoe store and whatever else the megastores add.

Usually can find hard-to-find items here. They have great sales too. But would not do regular shopping here. Way to expensive. Don't like the design on the inside where they have aisles blocking walkways now and have to go all the way around, and the store isn't the cleanest also can never find an employee for help when you need it.

Nice store. Good selection. Was impressed they still have a dedicated "bagger" at the checkouts. She even offered to carry my bags for me. I declined, but that kind of service is rare these days.

Went to the Osco pharmacy for my 1st Covid vaccine, was treated with complete respect. Very attentive, professional pharmacists,answered all my questions, made me feel very welcome, I absolutely appreciated the caring service

The Jewel in Silvis is clean, organized, and arranged well. The employees are friendly, helpful, and efficient. Grocery shopping is one of my least favorite tasks, but shopping at Jewel makes grocery shopping bearable and pleasant. I also appreciate my Jewel rewards and the Jewel app.

This store is average. I live close to it but don't use it often. I often have trouble finding what I'm looking for, and it's a little pricier than other grocery stores. They do have really good sale prices though. Also they sell Illinois I-passes for the tollways, which is convenient considering I88 to Chicago is close to this store.

Love the new Starbucks inside. Jewel always has those items that no other store has. Huge selection of ice cream and hard to find sauces.
