Why is it no matter what Dollar General you go to there is NEVER a cashier to be seen ; you have to go find one EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Yesterday at the Silvis one I waited very patiently with my granddaughter and about 3 minutes(mind you 3 minutes is a long time with a toddler) later here comes the cashier from outside and still on her phone which she stayed on for almost our entire transaction!! No hello, no NOTHING!! How classy!! Very disrespectful, frustrating and rude!!

This store is alright seems like some of the employees there are more worried about talking to their friends outside of the store!!! Have seen this on 2 separate times I have been there!!! Each time I have been there the store is in disarray stuff all over the place and hard to walk down the aisles!!! Good place for a quick shopping visit but nothing else!!! Sucks cuz this store is a nice location!!!

Don't buy food products there. Most of the things I bought yesterday were past expiration. Didn't notice until I brought them home. The hot dogs were two months past expiration.

Store is dirty. Staff is rude. Have gone in for something quick for lunch only to find out it's EXPIRED by MONTHS or even longer. Awful store all around.

They need more help I feel bad for some of the cashier's are up there by themselves. Especially when it is really busy while the other person is out on the floor.

The place looks like a tornado hit it. Understaffed. Bought cookies that were expired. My fault should have checked the date. Parking lot full of trash.

I usually go to the store on Avenue of the Cities in Moline, IL. But the one in Silvis, IL is ok to.
