First, I am a DQ fan, but on this day, the staff was flummoxed by my order of a carmel and cheesecake blizzard. I was first presented with a fudge carmel cheesecake, and I declined to as I did not order fudge. Besides the window person, two others came to me to confirm what the window person was asked to get for me. It actually had me thinking how I ordered. When I received the one I did order, it was goooood.

Took 15 minutes to get food at 730pm and only 2 other people were here. Food tasted like it was put back in the fryer to be heat back up. Food was really salty. Fries were good which is the only reason I added the second star. After I received my food i went back for more service and I was ignored for a couple minutes. The gravy looked and tasted old and we're barely half full and it cost 80 cents to get 1 extra. We won't eat here again and would never recommend this place to anyone.

The $7 3pc chicken meal is a 3piece kids chicken nuggets meal with a small ice cream. It's not worth it. The fries were cold and tasted like rubber. DQ should just stay in the ice cream business.

Our food was cold. The cheese for the pretzels just came out of the refrigerator. It should have been warm. French fries and cheese burger were also cold. Sent the burger back took 10 minutes to get a new one. They may have been sort handed. The poor lady trying to take our order was new so our group of 7 with all special orders had her completey confused. She did a great job and kept smiling through all the confusion.

Waited 20+ minutes in line to order, had to ask for the drink with my combo, no fries. DQ used to be a treat, too disappointed to go back. **Update, Management did the usual "sorry your visit was bad, try us again" song & dance. From other reviews, this was not a 1 time occurrence. The food was awful. I am never going back, not with Culver's less than 2 blocks away. They've never let me down. I'd take a star down but what can you do. Our local ice cream is better.

Corporate has sent an email asking for my experience and why I've rated 1 star. Had to ask an employee to clean our table ... Because all the available tables where dirty....she cleaned ours and not the others and left . Food was too expensive and not good at all and took forever to get ( about 20 min) and we were one of two parties waiting for food . My daughter and her husband ordered blizzards to have w their meal .... Food was brought out and when they asked about the ice cream ... The girl that took the order said " blizzards?"... And took another 5 mins to find those ... Awful customer service and food .

Went to the Silvis Dairy Queen and their lobby was closed due to Covid. We went through the drive-thru and got a ice cream cake and they wrote happy birthday on it for me. Nice staff thanks!

I wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy. They served raw chicken. Their ranch tastes like straight garlic. My buns on my sandwich was straight soggy and mushy. This location is so bad sad to see it like this. If I could rate it zero stars I would. I would never go back there ever again.

I will give some slack to the review, because it looked as though they might have been under staffed. When we walked in (Sunday evening) there was one couple ahead of us and two or three people over by the ice cream counter waiting. I remember when they used to give you a number and delivered your food to your table as soon as it came out. Again, I understand that since covid, finding good employees has become increasingly difficult. We placed our order. my wife took our cups and sat down. We were the only ones sitting in the whole place. It was 7:30PM, we didn't know when they closed because there is no hours on the door. At one point, they put an order on the shelf between the kitchen and the order. Not knowing if it was ours or the people who just ordered ahead of us so I didn't say anything. Nor could I have, the counter lady was nowhere to be seen. I assume she was helping with the drive up. It turns out the people ahead of us only ordered blizzards, so the order sitting on the passthrough was ours. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm and the fries had a old frying oil taste. But at leas the strawberry sundae's were good. We usually go home after Church, but I thought DQ sounded good. If I had known the situation, we would have gone home.

The burger and onion rings was amazing but my grown 30 year old boyfriend ordered the large basket Rotisserie Bates for $8 and it was the size of a kids meal I would hate to see the small basket. He maybe had 6 small bites in the cup.Very disappointed in this experience will not go again even for the food I did like.

I ordered a peanut butter cup blizzard and at first there seemed to be much less peanut butter cup than usual but I figured it must've been mixed into the bottom. Nope. There was literally none at all from about 3/4 on down. I would've saved the extra money and just bought a vanilla cone if I'd known that's all I was going to get anyway.

I love Dairy Queen so much... they have the best blizzard. This is my like my 10th time going there this year, I always end up coming home disappointed and mad. I always get blizzard but their blizzards are always melted. I told the lady finally, that my blizzard was melted and she took the blizzard and came back out with the lid on top. (I never asked for a lid, she asked me if u wanted lid on top, I said no...)When we open the lid the blizzard was still melted. We just left and didn’t say any complaint to the lady because we aren’t those customers that complain about everything, I’m sure they are tired. I just wish they would care more about customers and WEAR GLOVES! ❤️

I gave two stars, because the food was as good as usual, but the ice cream was soupy. We didn't have to wait long for our food, either, considering how packed they were, and they were friendly, not rude at all.However, I have the following three issues with today's visit:1: The employee who brought our food flipped my husband's blizzard over, and not only did it spill, but it spilled ON HIS LAP. When I said, (playfully, but serious) "I guess it's free," the girl seemed uncomfortable as she sat the other blizzard on the table and quickly walked away.She came back about a minute later and said, "my manager says it's not free, because it only dripped out, and the whole thing didn't fall." She then walked away as quickly as she did the first time.I've never been one to demand free things, so I let it go. I do, however take issue with this, as the upside-down blizzard is the center of all Dairy Queen's advertisements. Every one of their ads features a blizzard turned upside-down, and they should honor their promises, especially when it's their major selling point.2: Some of the employees were dressed in attire that I wouldn't consider appropriate for work. (Very short shorts that didn't seem to fit, with a lot hanging out.)3: I never received a receipt of any sort.

I was in around 740pm. Ordered food which took forever. Paid at 8:07 pm. They were extremely slow. 27 minutes for 3 chicken tenders and fries?!

This place used to be good. Like some years ago. Now u have females at the drive thru who decide to put their hair in a ponytail and talk to their friend right in front of u. Might I add... That's very disgusting to be playing in ur hair as u hand me my ice cream. Second, why are u talking to eachother when y'all need help in the lobby with the other customers? On top of that they got my blizzard wrong and charged me extra for it. Go to any other DQ!

Awful service today around 1, window worker was great, the girl I can only assume was management was probably the rudest person I’ve had the displeasure of meeting. I’m there for like 3 minutes max, how hard is it to have a decent person on the other end of the transaction? Not coming back any time soon.

Oh boy was that good, wife got the choco brownie blizzard, I had a small Oreo. The Staff was friendly, courteous, prompt, and filled our order exactly. The line of cars was out in the street. Man this places was busy. Busy is good 😇🤠🍦🎉🎊😊🙂

We have eaten combo meals (hot sandwich/fries/drink/dessert) here occasionally, as well as Blizzards, ice cream cakes, and ice cream 'cupcakes' . All food has been properly prepared, the restaurant is kept clean (including the bathroom), well lit, lots of windows, and the staff is friendly and efficient. There is an outside dining area and a drive up window. The inside is decorated with old, historical pictures of Midwest Dairy QueensThey are frequently busy, particularly the drive up window (so they are obviously doing the right things). We have never had difficulty finding seating inside, even when they are busy.

We walked in around 7pm for a dine in. There was no customers in there at that time. We stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for someone to come up front. We could hear people in the back talking, laughing, and just carrying on. Finally we get waited on. We grab our drinks and try to find a “clean” place to sit; most of the tables were a mess. Get our food and my fries must have been sitting for a long time cause they were very very dry and gross. Also my chicken strips were barely warm.... very disappointed!
