Worst service I’ve had in a long time. The bigger lady that’s the manager, doesn’t know how to run a business nor does she know anything about customer service. Bought a gift card from there which didn’t work and brought it back. Upon returning the gift card, the manager of the 7/11 in Sherrard refused to return or try to fix the problem. She then ordered me to call the number on the card. Why do I have to go through trouble for your mistake? Would not recommend conducting business with 7/11 unless they remove that terrible manager.

Just recently moved out here to Swedona from Davenport. I have had a nice experience at this store every time. The employees are always helpful (if/when needed to be) and most importantly, very courteous. I like this little store. Please keep up the good work! And sincerely, thank you!

Price gouging is not right. You have a captive customer base and you are taking advantage of them. Nowhere else in Mercer or Rock Island county has gas higher than $4.79 and you are now at $5.55. That's criminal!
