Convenient location. Pharmacist is great with helping get my necessary prescriptions filled for pick up. Some of the pharmacy staff could be more courteous by slowing down just for a moment to be more personable and listen to your needs a bit more. I know they're busy but it helps when you have a staff member who will be helpful toward your medical needs. The store has lots of items for just about anything you may need.

Nice clean Walgreens, with polite, courteous and attentive employees. Please of parking and easy access. Easy in and out for the handicapped. Everything from dairy, snacks and drinks to over the counter medicines, gift cards and greeting cards. Cleaning and bathroom supplies. Nice quick option to big, overcrowded stores.

Genuinely the worst service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Woman at the cash register was extremely rude and condescending. Based on previous reviews, this is an ongoing problem. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with her about how she treats customers.

I love my local Walgreens staff! The pharmacy staff is super knowledgeable and remembers me when I come through. They're always making sure I get the best price/ recommendations for my family's meds.

I have used this Pharmacy for years, along with most of my family. I've always felt welcomed greeted when came into the building was always asked if I needed help finding anything Etc. Recently there was a new girl hired in the pharmacy named Tori, this girl is very unfriendly and has no patience. She makes my 57 year old mother feel like a nuisance every time my mom has to go in there and she is working. That is completely unprofessional, and I suggest she makes a drastic change soon to fix it.

Place may be clean and nice, but wow does this place need some serious customer support classes just because we are on a perscription doesn't mean we are stupid treat your customers with respect. Worst Walgreens I have ever been to PERIOD. I'll stick to Perioa Rd. Just stay clear of Sherman Walgreens unless you want problems and complications yall are yuppies!

I've always had good service when using the pharmacy, and they have a decent selection of other products when you want to pick up a few things without going to a full service grocery store.

This place is great! However it’s sometimes harassed by insane amounts of 57 year old ladies trying to raid the as seen on tv section. This Tiffany lady was always in there buying salt.

I never have issues at this walgreens, I live in springfield and drive to sherman because this one is the best. The pharmacy especially is my favorite, they know what they're doing and is worth the drive!

This is the third time that they didn't run it through my insurance that they had on file. They are exceptionally slow, and don't train there employees well at all.
