First time coming here today and my experienced was great, I needed a belt for my lawn mower and my information was wrong it was not the belt I needed. This guy named Chris helped me out thru the process and finding the right belt for my mower. He deserves a raise the way he treats his customers.

How things have changed, products on clearance racks but rings up full price and then blamed on other customers. There was only 1 in the store. This store has come a ways in the past few months. Things are looking better and staff members are more friendly and focused on customer service and satisfaction.

Fairly easy to find everything on your own but if you ask for help someone will have no problem helping you.i bought a car battery from here a mo. Later it broke down they kindly bought the battery back from me I love this store and they have always have been very helpful friendly and polite everything time I've need during my visits!

Very friendly business. the staff is always ready to help you. You can take your dog into the business on a leash. My dog was a rescue. I am socializing by visiting Tractor Supply. She is learning but we have a long way to go

Nice store. Clean, handy. But i have been asking for one particular item to be restocked since June, i get told, we'll get that ordered. Still none and its Sept. Customer service could use some work.

We decided to stop by for the first time last weekend. The employees are nice and willing to help, but the prices are so expensive! Unless there is sale going on, there isn't much to go in for. With walmart across the road its a wonder they get many customers...

This is a nicee place with very helpful folks working there. Prices are moderate, can be beat online but are inline with any other brick and morter store. Lots a cool stuff if your into that sort of thing like me.

We bought a riding lawn mower here and absolutely love the lawn mower but had trouble with the credit card services. We bought the lawn mower and asked it to be put on an 18 month interest free plan but the manager rang it up as a 3 year plan with 3.99% interest. We realized the mistake once we got out of the store and walked back in and the manager called the TS credit card company and assured it was changed to the interest free plan. A few weeks later we receive our statement in the mail showing we were on the 3.99% interest plan. We called the credit card company ourselves this time twice and they said it had to be changed in the store (which we thought it already was). We went back to the Shelbyville store and the same manager said she couldn't do it only the credit card company could do it (even though when we first bought it she said she changed it). I have never had this much trouble with a store or credit card in my life. I gave it a 2 star because we did like our purchase but the trouble we went through was not worth it and it is still not fixed.

Nice place, misplaced items such as x-rays treme pully system for say deer. The item was located on clearance rack but pricing sames was before clearance. This was seen with a couple items.

I had a problem with my Mr heater 30,000 BTUs tractor supply was very understanding and helped me out 100%, thank you very much don't buy Mr heaters 30,000 BTUs thank you Chris the manager

Store has a lot of merchandise for farmers and is convenient for certain purchases, but has less variety than other farm and home supply chains.
