Never will use this place again! Didn't get all the steaks should get when brought in 800 lb beef. Been doing the full beef for nearly 20 years,keep a record of all weights & cuts of meat I received for all past years and for this year & last year, for the same size beef, been shorted at least 10 steaks. Last year was somewhat short, didn't say anything, so this year I counted exactly what I got compared to past years, definitely shorted past 2 years. Beware of this place shortening you of your meat from bulk processing. Also,his price is getting too high. Using another butcher next year. Used walnut family acres this year for processing of full black Agnes beef. Meat tasting some much better,fresh, tender ,& got more meat from smaller half. Sheffield locker rips you off by stealing sirloin steaks,no doubt. Do not use this locker!!!
