It was absolutely awful. Store looked very nice. The cashier was off hidden somewhere for a good 10 minutes before even coming out. Then was very cold and unapologetic. The reason I ever stop here is because I have to.

It's convenient for myself I just live about a block down the road. Good for a small town if u need something to get by. In between groceries it like 20 miles any direction to a bigger town.

I just love the new & improved store! Plus WOW when you walk in it would seem that the building had been expanded built on to but it's still the same building that it has been! I've been calling it "The New Mini Super Dollar General"!

I would definitely give it negative stars but I could not go lower that 1 this store never has stock on shelves always in boxes in the carts and you can't get down the aisles cuz freight is always in the way. I hate even going in there anymore

New employee was very courteous, although she was by herself and her help was late in getting to work. Cash register problems didn't help matters. This was on a day that they received their truck. Where was the manager?

The dollar isle is absolutely amazing. It has just about everything for your home in one isle for one price.The customer service is awesome, the employees are helpful and friendly, great place to shop.

This place sells things at prices that rip-off the people. Some things are almost twice as much as Walmart. They do it because they are the only store in Shawneetown. Highway robbery. They can't keep help always a out with the old in with the new kinda place to work. No job security for there employees.

Fresh remodel didn't last long. Spills left in the floor and not cleaned up.Stock cart's left in the isles that you can't get around.

Really depends on who's working.. everytime certain people work the internet is mysteriously down after 8..they close at 9 🤔.

Service was good, people were helpful. Only thing is, they have "Mask required " signs everywhere, but they don't enforce it;when people come in without on.

Typical Dollar General. Has fresh foods and refrigerator section. Unfortunately usually out of a lot of items, throughout. Store typically stays in disarray.
