I went here and the staff was honestly really mean and during my (long awaited) interaction i felt racially judged. I tried asking for help from a few different workers and they all went straight to the other white customers. If you are a person of color, i would not recommend this store.

I was able to purchase screen for my windows that is pet proof and they had a variety to choose from, though I went with the black pet screen. I also bought the necessary tools and seals and it was competitively priced with going out of town to a hardware store, especially with gas as high as it is. You can simply bring in your old screen and have them do it if you prefer but I am particular about how I would like my personal property worked on so I opt for doing it myself (pro-tip: if you bring in your screen make sure that they know which side the clips are supposed to go on so they won't have to take it apart a 2nd time).

This has become my home away from home sometimes. The other day, my 2 year old and I needed to get out of the house and also find a part to fix the toilet seat in our home. The woman with Ling white hair was so kind and got a little shopping cart for my daughter. A few people asked if I needed help and they are happy to give advice on what you may need and where to find it. I really live coming here

Seneca Ace Hardware store was very helpful for Larry and I with our boat battery yesterday Sunday 31 May. We travel quite a distance to get there and to have the battery die when it was working the night before was a concern. Ace was open and had what we needed. New owners do not care about people, the are there only to make money. Rented a Tiller. Yes I was late, and expected to pay a fee. Ended up having to pay for a full day.The employees all said, that was wrong and had to talk to the owners, come back tomorrow to get a refund. next day, owners said that was correct. Will never step foot in this place again as long as these people own the place

Helpful staff with a pretty big selection for small town hardware. Pricing is fair for ace. They do what they can to keep your business and provide consistent value. I like this ace more than most.

In this store a lot and it works good in a pinch as everything is overpriced per hardware store standards. Today an employee practically hounded me as I was shopping as if I was stuffing my clothes with tools. A bit disrespectful I feel.

It's under new management and so far the changes have been very positive.Friendly staff that are willing to help you find something or answer questions. It's close to home and usually I can find what I need.
