Best decision I ever made for my shelter dog “Layla” she was a rescue from Texas. She was found wandering around as a small puppy that was displaced from a shelter that went through a tornado. She was extremely traumatized when I brought her home she didn’t know how to climb stairs. She didn’t know how to walk on a leash. She is a complete different dog now since she has been going to Wag Hotel. She is happy, playful & socialized. She gets so excited when I say “wanna go play”? Everyone there is so nice they take such good care of all the dogs they interact with them. They’re happy and just want to play …

Our dog can be shy and scared at first. He was playful with other dogs and enjoyed his stay! He is a larger dog so we love the big play areas with other dogs his size. Loved watching him on the webcam and the Memories pics! Looking forward to his next stay!! Thank you!!🐕

My little buddy loves this place. However, they are adding fees, changed the parking program too and its beginning to get a bit pricey for those who travel for work often who cannot expense it after, like myself. Pooch Hotel was a bit more conscientious on their customers pockets. I will say that this new ownership has been very good to me and they have provided some perks which I am grateful for. I do recommend this business and doggy wonderland to anyone who wants a safe and fun place for their pup.

I recently adopted my adult dog so this was my first time leaving her at doggy daycare. Even though I was a little nervous about leaving her because she is usually shy, the experience resulted in a great success 🙏🏼 she had her own space at her private room and then spent time with other doggies. I was able to see her through the wagcam which was so comforting for me. The caregivers were wonderful and she behaved so well ☺️ I am very happy with this first experience. I will certainly return.

Excellent place to take your dog. Our dog is 14yrs old and because of an important out of town trip we had to find a suitable place to board her. They gave us a meet and greet session and it all went very well also they gave us some additional times for regular play dates and our dog did very well. The facility is keep very clean and the play area is well staffed which made us very comfortable, lastly I like the idea of being able to see her in the play yard they have excellent cameras for live viewing. I highly recommend Wags

I love the O’hare Wag Hotels and so does my dog Penny. She has been going to daycare and boarding there since 2015 (before they became Wag) and the piece of mind they provide is well worth it. The staff is always friendly and pleasant and take great care of my furbaby. Penny loves Kimberly and Lindsay!!

I have boarded my dog 3 times here with a 4th time already reserved. I really like it. They offer a lot of services (like a Kong toy filled with peanut butter) which is my dog's favorite but also serves to make things seem familiar. In addition, they take and send a daily picture of my dog and access to a web cam of the play area. That is also helpful for me. In the 40 years I've had dogs, this is only the second place where I've boarded a dog. The other one had dogs barking insanely, so we always had neighborhood kids. I feel comfortable boarding my dog at Wags

This was the first time we used Wag, it was a great experience. They did the behavioral test and reported back to us including a picture of our pup. They had plenty of options to make my pups experience even better (food topper, all day play etc). Easy drop off and pick up. We just moved to the area and I appreciate how easy they made it t accept a new dog into their care. Other places make you jump through hoops but wag made it super simple!

We recently had our dog, Princess, stay at Wag Hotels for a two-day overnight visit, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure Princess felt right at home. She had a whole suite to herself, which was beyond what we expected. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding.One of the highlights for Princess must have been the belly rubs and the affection she received from many new besties she made during her stay. It’s clear that the staff here are not just employees; they are true animal lovers who go above and beyond to ensure that every pet feels loved and cared for.I highly recommend Wag Hotels O’Hare to any pet owner who is looking for a safe, loving, and fun environment for their pet. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a place where I can leave Princess where she will not only be well taken care of but will also have a great time. Our dog Zeus's favorite place ! We've been bringing him to daycare for over a year so he can socialize with other dogs, and it's been going great. He comes home exhausted! We also used Wags for boarding when we were on vacation. No complaints! The staff is very friendly and they show how much they love the pets that visit. Our dog is still a puppy with a lot of energy that he doesn't know what to do with and the staff never shows any frustration with him. What I love most is their hours ,you can drop off anytime when other places don't offer they flexibility. And the availability of webcams ,another feature that a lot of places lack. Would definitely recommend ! 😊

We needed to find a boarding facility for our new addition,, Penny. She was living on the street as recently as 6 months ago so we were nervous about finding a suitable place. In addition, she doesn't like being crated. We are previous customers of Paradise 4 Paws, which is now Wag Hotels, so we felt comfortable putting Penny in a place that has suites instead of kennels. Our next hurdle was her play group trial and she did great. All the folks at Wag O'Hara have been terrific. They are compassionate and caring. They heloed ease our concerns and kept us completely in the loop on how she was doing. We are all looking forward to her next stay!

I love Wag's and more importantly so does my dog! We have been using them as needed for doggie daycare when I travel for work. I love that they provide different levels of daycare as my pup can sometimes be overwhelmed by other dogs and long stretches of play time. What I love the most are the pictures of my dog I receive while I am away. It makes me so happy to know she is loved, being taken care of and having so much fun!

This place is great. It's hard to find a place for a non-social dog, but Wag Hotels takes good care of my pup. She gets out for playtime 3 times a day. I know she likes it there because when I pick her up, she doesn't run out the front door as fast as she can - she still wants to sniff around the place and say good bye to the folks who work there.

I was so happy to find same day appointment for boarding, I was skeptical to leave my dogs boarding since they don’t really socialize with other people or dogs, but they did great. The staff was really nice and accommodating. It can be a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it, they give you updates and you can check the webcam during playtime . My dogs had fun at playtime and did well with everyone . I will definitely be boarding there in the future and using their daycamp when needed. Thank you to the whole staff. My kids were thrilled that they could check up on our dogs and they loved the pictures we received while we were away .

I was worried at first due to the bad reviews about other locations, but this place has been a godsend. It’s huge so there’s always availability, and they take drop offs without a reservation which is great for those last minute situations. And my dog, who is normally pretty anxious, enjoys playing here with friends and is exhausted by the end of the day. All the workers are wonderful and seem to enjoy their jobs. And last but definitely not least, they have a cam where you can view the rooms all day and see how your pup is doing! And they send pictures on top of that. I don’t do reviews too often but I don’t want this place to go out of business!! Boarding is also superb!

Very disappointed in our latest stay. The level of care and client experience has gone severely downhill since converting from Paradise 4 Paws.Most importantly, our dog gets medicine with every meal. This was confirmed with me at check in and included on a note in her food supply. Out of the 4 meals she received, the staff failed to administer her medicine 3 times. This is basic care and while not life threatening for my pet, could be for many others. Completely unacceptable.Since Wag took over, every service is an add on cost. This is the only daycare/boarding facility in the area that does not include all-day daycare play with a boarded dog. Only 2 hours a day are included. So my pet is getting very little interaction with other animals. It feels like a prison where dogs are locked in their rooms for most of the day except for designated recreation times.We were customers of Paradise 4 Paws in their first month of business and have used them frequently over the years. But the lack of being able to provide basic pet care services and the new business model will have us looking for new providers.

Love this place..my cat loves it here. The staff takes good care of my cat and sends me notes and photo updates. The suite with the camera is really great...love to check on my pet all the time. They are so accommodating and friendly.

Every time I say “day care” to my pupper; she literally jumps for joy. I can’t open the car door fast enough before she’s running to the front doors from the car when we pull up. The staff is beyond amazing, professional and genuine each and every visit. The facilities are amazing for me and for my dog from the amount of space, cleanliness, activities and options that come with the activities. The affordability aspect comes secondary when I see how happy my pupper is when i pick her up each time.

Paradise 4 paws now known a wag hotels. Never ever bring your dog here. If you do. Good luck. Your dog is going to need it. You'll never see your dog on camera on additional payment. Best people to babysitter for your dog(s) are family or close friends.

Our dog, Bianca, was well cared for during her stay at Wag Hotels/O'Hare. She came down with some difficult health issues and we were informed about them, and we were given the opportunity to decide what was the best option was for our dog. We were extremely pleased with the care, concern, and the immediate actions that were taken to make Bianca's stay comfortable and pleasing. We thank the staff for their A+ service.

Great place and so near to O’Hare. Wag has a large facility with so many options for upgrades and treats for your pet that it boggles the mind. We choose the “All Day Play” option and our pooch was tuckered out after her stay. They have cameras on the play areas which allowed us to check in frequently. Will be using Wag for future boarding needs.

I am so pleased and thankful for the care and service my dog received while staying at Wags O’hare. When picking him up I asked how he was during his stay. I learned the manager gave him a lot of TLC to help ease his nervousness. She was relaying the recap to the front desk via walkie talkie so I was able to hear the conversation. She pointed out things about my dog that you wouldn’t otherwise have known if you didn’t really spend enough time with him and was just merely observing. The fact that she cared and was kind enough to make him feel comfortable just warmed my heart. You can’t pay someone to care like that. Wish I could’ve thanked her in person. Thanks to the staff for caring for my boy! Definitely recommending this facility!

I was very surprised by the level of care provided by Wags Hotel. They truly do care for your pet. My dog gets anxious during boarding and doesn't eat much and they were in touch with me, updating me on how he was doing and genuinely concerned about his eating and comfort that they upgraded my private suite for my dog to a deluxe one with TV and bed at no cost so that he would be as comfortable as possible until I returned from my trip. I chose Wags (previously Pooch) hotel because I had a good experience at Pooch in the past but they went above and beyond my expectations and I will only be bringing my dog here. They completely gained my trust and my dog's and I actually caught him eating his food one day through the webcam which is amazing.

Wag is the best! Our old English bulldog is very spoiled. When she gets to wag she runs to the doors of the barking dogs! That was not always the case! Luv this place! Feel so much better leaving her knowing she is looking forward to her stay!

Zuko absolutely loves all the time he has spent at Wag's. He loves socializing with the other dogs and playing outdoors weather permitting.Great value and its very convenient to drop off and pick up.Thier staff are thoughtful, kind and really enjoy being around dogs. Wags has a great grooming service too.

Hmm...what can I say ?Wag is the best!I've been taking my kids (my dogs are my kids) there for years. I love the 24hr service as I have a 24hr job. My kids have fun there, the staff show affection to all the kids there and they have cameras. I need to see my babies.

Ernie Banks, the Chocolate Labrador, has a ball when he visits Wag Hotels-O'Hare! The staff takes great care of him. The hotel sparkles with cleanliness and is decorated better than some human hotels.
