I have gone to the Starbucks in the past and had good service. My most recent experience involved going in to get service at the counter and having three distracted employees not pay attention to me at all. I finally walked out and left and they lost a potential sale. I would encourage the manager to talk to the employees and make sure they interact with customers who walk up to the counter instead of merely working on an occasional drive-in customer.

Wish they would get my order correct at least one time… Labels are printed correctly (see photo); barista making drinks clearly does not pay attention as this is the third time in one week. Driving back to fix careless errors, and wait in the line wrapped around the place, is getting old. Taking business else where. Good luck ordering here.

I go here because it's closer for me on my way to work never had a problem until today, my coffee was cold and my breakfast had a long blonde hair smh disappointment everything went straight to the trash. Thanks Starbucks!!

I am a regular at this starbucks. Jolene, Ivan, and Aiyla usually always make my drink and take my order. They are so sweet and they are the workers you would want at Starbucks.They always take the time to ask me about my day and always have a smile on their face.The other day, a girl named Isabel took my order. She had a bad attitude and seemed very uninterested. I ordered a simple strawberry acai, and she made the drink incorrectly. When I asked her to fix it, she got very upset and continued to have an attitude. I usually have a very good experience at that starbucks with my usual baristas, and that was the one bad experience I had. She couldn't do her job correctly and was rude from the start.

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I only know two of the drive-throu folks names, but HUGE shout out to the drive-thru people who are always super nice and upbeat, greeting me with a smile and a “HEY AJ!” every morning! Caroline and Ken are the best! There are also two lovely ladies (I’m so sorry I don’t know your names!), one who recommended my now favorite drink on a particular morning I needed a little extra pick me up. I saw this on my cup today and it made my morning. There are a couple of Starbucks I could go to between my house and work but I always prefer this one. They treat me like a friend and it always brightens my day. I can’t thank everyone enough for being so amazing during this crazy year! Cheers!

I ordered through the mobile app. When I arrived at the drive thru, Aurelio (the manager on duty) was upset that I arrived too fast and told me that it’s Starbucks policy that I needed to wait at least 5 minutes before I pull up to the drive thru after ordering. I then suggested if it’s easier, I can just tell him my order right at that very moment. He then yelled at me through the speaker that he will ban me from Starbucks and that he has all of my information. I asked for a refund but he wanted to exclaim to me how I was being a jerk before a issuing a refund. That is unacceptable behavior, especially coming from a “manager”. I will be writing more negative reviews/feedback about the experience I’ve had on multiple platforms. This employee/manager needs better customer service training! Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever encountered!

Got the worse experience. I ordered machiato with almond milk. The young guy with dark curly hair gave me machato with almond foam only I asked him to put almond milk he put more foam. Than I asked him again for almond milk he said he got to charge me extra and I have to order carmel machiato with no carmel. I said ok. He charged me extra and gave me huge cup with coffee and milk which I didn't want. I just tried my coffe and there is a caramel.....I also ordered Regular american with cream and I got Americano with milk. Afther 30 min in Starbucks and $20 spent I left with cofes that I didn't drink. No Thanks!!!

Be sure to place mobile order AT LEAST 10 minutes ahead. The Barista pushed the worker at the drive thru window out of his way to yell at me (Rude). Apparently I didn't place my mobile order soon enough....I try not to leave negative reviews, but more times than not there's an issue at this location. I won't even get into how many times I've been given the wrong drink or horribly made drinks. Soooo....GOOD LUCK.!!!Parking: Small and Tight. 1 way In / 1 way Out

Leaving Chicago for South Bend. Not sure where this is located but horrible service. An employee is smoking right in front of the door. Didn’t bother telling us the store is locked and offered no explanation. Went to drive through and they were out of two drinks we wanted. Horrid service. I’m only visiting in town but it was so awful I had to bring it up.

I had an issue with someone ordering online without my consent and I notified this location right away. I have a location by my house that I always go to so this for SURE was something fraudulent. When I called in the person who took care of me I think was Desi or around there. She took great care of my situation. Long story short they had the drinks there, were very patient and kind. The staff were sweet hearts and when I went there to get my refund even though the lines were long they were amazing. I just want to say that the staff are doing what they can at times like this. I would recommend this spot. This could have gone completely wrong in so many ways but they took care of me in a professional manner the way it should be. I have been to my surrounding area and this is the second best Starbucks I have been to!!

I go to this Starbucks specifically because they open 5am and I start work 6:00am. I visit at least 4 times a week. I mobile order ahead of time per convenience. It’s easier just walking in rather waiting in line. It has been a handful of times the lobby is closed early morning. I was knocking this morning 5:50am and ignored. Multiple staff members were there but no one paid me attention. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. Employee opened door 6:04 and I was able to grab my coffee, finally. I expressed my concern but it was not acknowledged. The drive through line at that point was already full almost to the street. My reason why I did not get back in line. At this point I will just visit a different location closer to work. It’s not worth the inconsistency of doors being locked or the store not being open.

My kids and I are at Starbucks almost every single day! For the past few months we have gotten to know Leanna, and she is by far the nicest person we’ve come across. No matter how early it is - she has a smile on her face and always remembers us. Each day we get the opportunity to chat and get to know her bubbly and bright personality. My kids are excited to go to see her before school while getting some yummy bakery items. The quality of drinks, food, and customer service are unmatched at any other location.

I love this location. And it's always a joy when AJ is on drivethru. He's always so cheerful and welcoming whether I go thru the line at 630am or at noon. I always leave smiling. The women there are really friendly and nice too. I always drive away with a compliment and great coffee.

Staff is the sweetest and friendliest! Never had any problems. I'm assuming the rude "staff" is nonexistent and it's the Karens who are making things up. Staff is amazing here.

Usually, I have decent experiences at this Starbucks, but recently I went in to do some work and I was not allowed to sit at the back table which was very empty and away from everyone else. Almost the entire store has the tables closed off. I felt like the blonde lady that told me I could not sit there wanted that space for the employees of the store and their various Starbucks racks. She said "sorry I don't make the rules." It was odd and I feel like it made no sense that I could not sit there. They could also pick the random things from the table and floor. Just open things up and make us feel welcome.

Friendly staff, quick turn around and they've always gotten my order correct. I give 4 stars because the parking lot is a jumbled mess most times. Not any fault of the staff but definitely puts a damper on the whole experience.

RN due to the pandemic, the drive through was packed but I didn't have to wait in line for long because the employees were really working hard to get people's orders out as fast as possible. The employees were nice and respectful, I even left a tip. Great great service.

Not sure who does the hiring process for this Starbucks but everyone is extremely nice. I’ve never had a bad experience at this specific location and I’ve been going there for about six years. Also the staff today (August 31st) was extremely informative and welcoming.
