This store only has balloons for display purposes. If you ask for one you'll get "We don't have helium". Try it. Doesn't matter what time or day you go. It's like they're trying to compete with McDonald's iconic "our ice cream machine is broken" line because they're too lazy to take 4 seconds to fill a balloon

First impression is everything.How is your bathroom out of order. Where do you go to use it, may I ask?I am disabled person with constant need of the bathroom, this unacceptable.I get your paranoid over people destroying your bathroom or catching something whatever your reason but I'm sure you and your fellow employees don't go leave the store to use it somewhere else.This was very wrong but I guess this is how society is towards others and in general.Why turn people away from something as simple as using the restroom are we suppose to go like animals outside?This place needs customer service retraining and just new management and new employees that to provide good service.I gave it one star because at least the store was neat and stocked and organized.I wouldn't recommend this store at all, especially if your disabled person with restroom needs.No further comments needed to say honestly check it out for yourself.

This is honestly one of the last remaining bargain places. I know it's $1.25 for stuff now but it's still a great deal and they have awesome stuff. I buy my toothpaste, mouthwash, floss picks and toothbrushes here I imagine I save around $10 buying all that stuff here instead of somewhere like wal mart or walgreens. I also buy gift bags and gift cards here, they are a great deal.

Short staffed is a polite way to say it... It's a newer dollar tree so I don't expect very much.... I give a few years until they get staffed up properly... Anyway it's definitely your average ordinary dollar tree.... The price is no longer a dollar but you know what to expect... If you are going to go here you can expect the exact same thing as any other dollar no different... Here's the part of the review where I go for extra words and points. Because everything is about points and extra credit! I hope you read this and while reading it you enjoyed what I wrote. If you did and you want to you could go ahead and like this review. The female employees in Schiller Park, dollar tree store, are so unprofessional and act so guetto. They get mad at the customer for their own mistake when overcharging an item. Mistakes happen but when the employees go above and beyond to verbally give a customer a threat that speaks highly of the Company and Manager that Employed them. I will go up ranks within any ground to get the word out to all residents of the Village.

Not the same as others !!! They are supposed to close at 10pm and I get there at 9:56 and it’s closed like are u kidding I needed 1 thing ! It’s holidays all they care about is getting the hell out of there !!!!!!! I will definitely be going to my original dollar tree that I been going to ! I don’t like this one much at all !

I heard the manager of this store who was wearing a grey sweater tell multiple employees that he didn't care about putting stuff back. I heard this multiple times that I been in the store from that same manager.

The cashier treated me as if I wanted to rob the person in front of me, saying that I was looking at their card code and I wasn't even caring what they were doing, and then she looked at me like crazy, some employees aren't very good but not all
