It's an ok experience. Like most stores now they have fallen victim to not being fully stocked on a lot of items but the store is clean and the cash out experience has gotten much better.No longer having to wait 10 minutes just to be at the back of the line and 20 minutes to check out.

Nice store- terrible parking lot tho. There’s way too many stores in that shopping area so although the Aldi was nice- there was no where to park and many angry and bad drivers. When I went, It was middle of the day on a weekday too. Can’t imagine on the weekends.

9am opening is already super late for most people.. it’s basically the afternoon by that time for the real world… but they can at least open on time and not make people wait longer in the cold.

This store is horribly understaffed; as a result, the shelves are rarely stocked and the lines are typically 5+ shoppers deep. The employees are kind and skilled but unfortunately, management lets them down by understaffing and hangs them out to dry as a result

I love Aldi. I’ve been going there for a very long time. The only issue I do have with them currently and this may be due to inflation but their prices have risen and they are now at the point of other main stream retail grocery stores such as Jewel the line goes fast during check out and the selection is pretty good as well. Like I said, it’s a very good grocery store however, are used to go there for discounted groceries but now their prices have risen to be in line with the main stream grocery stores around.

I’ve been shopping at this Aldi’s for a long time. I’ve always noticed how clean and uncluttered it is. But yesterday when I went to the line to pay , I’ve never seen the cashier blowing big bubbles with her gum I thought this was the rudest thing to do in a costumer’s face she never said hello when she noticed me looking at her I’m assuming my eye brow went up. I’ve been in the serving business over 40 years and would be in SERIOUS TROUBLE with the BOSS for DISRESPECTING A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT

Aldi has really changed. It's been a while since I stepped into an Aldi store. I decided to shop at the Schiller Park location. It feels like a high end store. A lot of fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. Great selection. I'll definitely be back.

Very small store. Has a lot of options for a quick dinner or snack. Half of the items are knock off brands though. There was only 1 register open, but when the line got super long, they opened up another one. No self check out.Update: I purchased pork chops from here & they were spoiled. Smelled really bad & brown upon opening the package. Will NEVER buy meat from here or any Aldi’s ever again.

Been going to aldis for a long time. But lately aldi been slacking must of the time they don't have items that you need. I went there yesterday 9/5/2023 by schiller park. To do grocery they didn't have all the things that I need. Is not the first time I ask the cashier's he tell me that's not my problem that's aldis and warehouse problem this cashier's don't khow his name but he have a tattoo on his neck with Jesus face not friendly guy.

Aldis is good if your shopping in bulk, but if you need just an item or two be prepared to wait since they usually only have two employees working the cash registers. Last time I came here cashier stared at me like I was crazy, just looked at me without saying a word, making the whole thing awkward. Prices aren’t that much of differences compared to other grocery stories

I shop at this Aldi for minimal stuff because I’m a Caputo’s kind of guy, but every time I come here it’s very clean, shelves are neatly stocked and customer service is always great and fast when you get up to checkout area. Good experience here every time.

Rude customer service.I went to this store and purchased a lot of items totaling over $100. I got home and I noticed that the cashier scanned one item twice. Got back to the store and asked the cashier politely to fix it. I was told there is nothing they can do.I Asked to speak with someone else regarding this. A guy came to me and said that he will check who is right. He came back 10 min later (I was waiting in front of the registers) and told me that I am a thief because he checked the cameras and I had 2 of the same item. He showed me the the video on his phone that was blurry and you could barely see anything and said that he sees I had more that one of the same items. I told him that the other item was a different product that was scanned right after and he can see that on the receipt. He refused to talk to me, asked me to leave. I felt so embarrassed. He made me look like I was trying to steal something. I didn’t get my money back ($6.99) I will never go to that store again.

Nice place to shop always got good food at fair prices. Just wish they would enforce the parking, seem to have lazy people just parking outside of the lines blocking the main drive in front of the store. Sooner or later they're going to have an accident there.

There's always a hidden surprise here. Most products are the same as the excellent products you get at the big chains. Lots of name brands at lower prices. Save yourself some money on staples. Flour is flour, right? Store is always clean and well stocked and the lines are short!

As it was said years ago.."The stock up store" but not that way now,although prices are "kinda" low but are catchin up to the other stores and pretty soon it will be shopping for the convenience but not the prices.That's my view as i see it.

The service is quick and friendly. There's more vegan/vegetarian options now and the prices are better than other grocery stores. Lots of quality non food items also. Just wish they would get eye bread.🙂
