Nothing pre-sliced to choose from and no one to cover a break at the Deli counter. Multiple associates passed on by without a glance as I stood there for ages. This must make for great sales. Do better Target.P.S. Your deli clerk, Michael, was very friendly and helpful when he did return. Excellent customer service on his end.

The West Schaumburg Target is the best around! Whether its shopping in store, curbside pickup, ordering at deli or bakery, or just asking an associate for help the associates are always friendly, polite and helpful. I've often been asked if I need help finding something before I even ask. Whoever is running this store is doing a fantastic job at hiring the right people. Love this store. And thank you Target. (Also probably the cleanest Target I've been in)

Workers are always nice, everything’s stocked good. The book section gets stocked as soon as it starts looking bare. Never once had an issue with the drive up either. Starbucks is really good too.

I mostly use drive up pick-up, it is convenient, fast and I save $ 😆.I like that I can order 1 or 10 items and not worry about having to spend a specific dollar amount or a set time to pick-up like other merchants. I also shop in store, the store is kept up very nice and employees are awesome. Thank you Target!

I went to the Schaumburg Target at Schaumburg Road and Barrington Road.I had to get an ink cartridge and some veggies.Other than Walmart, there is no place that has both.Target is cleaner, and the prices are reasonable.I found the experience to be good.

Target Optical was a pleasure to visit today. Dr Rathmann was very kind, extremely precise, and the exam was informative. I got some new glasses ordered and the ladies up front were also super helpful. I will be using this as my main Optometrist going forward.

Just a great all-around store. Clean, not too busy and when it is, they are organized. They are currently going through a remodel and it is looking great so far. The staff are all very helpful, friendly, and courteous. They offer a lot like a Walmart just nothing close to being as busy and hectic and stressful as a Walmart. Of you're looking for funoture and clothing, they offer a lot of really nice styles. Prices can sometimes be higher than other places but the quality I feel is there. You also have to look out for the deals. You can get some great stuff at reduced pricing.

It is comfortable to shopping here, especially in pandemic time. Different assortiment is available. You can find everything you need such as household stuff, medicine, clothes, foods. Much space gives opportunity to keep social distance between people. It is very important to stay safe in store.

As a optical worker I shouldn't have to beg for my patientsprevious prescription, especially when it's their own records, I get that the exam is expired and they can no longer get that prescription filled. But are trying to do a service for the patient.

Used the self check out yesterday and had a question. The employee was extremely rude and was anointed I had a question. I had to ask her again for help cuz she didn't bother to explain what I needed to do. Omg it was like the end of the world to her to help me. I will never go to this target again. Not the first time going there with extremely rude employee. Management could care less about customers service.

Sprawling Target in SchaumburgI love their beauty section. The circular area in the middle of the beauty section, has minis of the most popular products (check the prices because they are NOT trial size priced! Brands like Pixi, Bliss, Sonia Kashuk, La Roche-Posay, Kristin Ess, ELF, NYX, Honest Beauty, and a Kbeauty area, too.They are always restocking and adding new products every time I've been there.Huge food section, large pharmacy with short lines and the Self checkout lanes are easy to use.Washrooms are easy to find in more than one area. Customer Service line was also very short. Great place to shop!

I love the friendliness of the staff, their willingness to assist me in finding things I need or checking the stockroom. Also, unlike other grocery chains, the website shows stock totals with excellent accuracy, which is helpful when I have the time to check online. Recently I had an issue with long lines and not enough registers, but it was definitely not the usual situation. Thanks for being a great store that I enjoy patronizing!

This target alright but there's one lady from cashier who is just rude. Always looking down people backs. Next time I'll get her name so others can watch out for her. She keeps stating the things that are simple and just making the experience embarrassing and saying it out loud so everyonecan hear. But otherwise I probably won't be returning to this target. The lady is just rude.

Target Optical is a shining star hiding between Customer Service and the restrooms. Dr Kathy Phan and her staff take care of everything for the most enjoyable, trouble free experience possible. My recent exam was a new Rx. The optician found me a great pair of frames and I got them sooner than expected. I received an excellent fitting and absolutely love my new specs.
