Went there to do a haircut for my cat and they seems to be a complete amateurs there as they couldn’t do a proper cut. My pet looks like he was surviving a poachers trying to take his wool. Definitely do not recommend! We were trying to get a lion cut and this is what we got. Absolute trash for 100$ and we have to redo it at a different place.

This place always does a fantastic job with my Australian Pyrenees. He's got rear double dew claws that always grow out and curl around his toes super fast and by the time we get him back there, sometimes they look like they're beyond a 20-year-old's ability to trim back, but we usually get the same gal, Heather, and she's amazing at both trimming/grinding his nails, and bathing/ brushing out his double coat! He's a 2 hour job pup at minimum and totally doesn't look it. Prices are comparable, as well, and it always makes you feel a little bit special when they remember you next time you go in. :)

I paid over a hundred dollars to have my golden/chow mix groomed and Never have had such a chop job. Half of him was shaved the other half was so unevenly cut. People warned me but I gave it a try anyway. Definitely the Mount Prospect location is worth the drive. I wish I could attach a picture.

I went to buy a pet. It’s so sad that you find yourself lost in that store. I went to spent over 500 dollars in there product including the pet, and they make it so impossible to buy something at the store. They were very unprofessional and seems like if we don’t buy everything from then they wouldn’t sell pet. Not just that we make 3 trips and because we did not have the wood ships for the pet they would not sell it. They make me fell like they did not want to sell anything. They would not stay with you to give you different options. There attitude is terrible seems like if we don’t do what they said they would not sell like a personal thing. Sorry I went to Mnt Prospect store and they were perfect thanks to them you Pets Mart did not lose a costumer but you did for schaumburg. I recommend Mnt Prospect store

My Dog was refused because he barks to much and definitely those girls think they are dealing with humans. I took them to a local groomer and they were treated better. They get ridiculous 🙄

Great, close by location for my pets needs, staff are friendly and try to their ability. Pretty big store with quite the variety when it comes to pet care. Thanks Schaumburg location!

The techs always do a wonderful job on our shih tzu! We can get an appointment quickly, and it only takes a few hours.
