My cat Cheddar got groomed here and I was a little nervous because he’s never been groomed before and got some matting after having to wear a surgery suit. The staff were very supportive and Traci was incredible with him, did an amazing job. She also went out of her way to pick out some good brushes and gave great advice! I’m definitely coming back because of the staff’s care and for Traci’s grooming!

This is the closest PetSmart in my area. The store is fine and the associates that work there are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is they are often out of stock in the litter that we buy. Other than that I would recommend the store to anybody for their pet supplies needs.

Customer service could be better. Won't price match their their own prices.40lb bag out of stock so have to pay more per pound for the same food in a smaller bag. Other stores have not had an issues doing the same price adjustment.

Got my cats shots here they were not expensive and they did a good job at keeping her calm, also bought a hamster and ended up being allergic they let me return it.

The trainer , Lauren Tracey, is wonderful and very knowledgeable. We have been training with her for 1.5+ years . We have passed all the classes and she is making more classes with new and old lessons. Our dog loves it and I keep him socialized and not just stuck with the family.We have to work with and learn about our dog and how to handle him.

We always use Petsmart for our girl’s grooming needs. Traci did an absolutely fantastic job on our standard poodle. We made a last minute appointment on New Year’s Eve and now Dixie is stepping into 2024 looking gorgeous. Thank You Traci for making her look so beautiful and being so kind to her!

Service is always great. I'm giving 3 stars because I've bought female 8 Bettas over the last 4 months and all of them perished after I added 2 more last week. I bought a couple of other fish as well and they are fine. The other fish already in my community tank are also fine. I've attempted medicating but none responded to treatment. Some were in the fancy category so it's not like I lost $5 either. It's a shame they barely made it to 4 months they were all doing so well! So whatever was on the 2 I just got made all the rest sick.I've religiously tested my water with my API master kit and levels are normal. I've tested free ammonia with Seachems kit - zero free ammonia. I do 25% water changes every week, i treat the fresh water before it goes in the tank. I make sure the temperature is correct before it goes in the tank. I make sure all the chemicals added are the proper amount for the fresh water. I don't think I'm the problem. I won't be getting any more Bettas from this store - idk what y'all are doing with them but they're not healthy!!

This petsmart has signs, buy 3 treats get 1 free. I bought 4 frozen yogurt dog treats and the 4th one wasn't free. The manager says it doesn't come up as a treat in their system, even though the package says dog treat.

Love this PetSmart for most cat needs and accessories as well as crickets for my tarantula. I go elsewhere for my reptiles, parrots, and bunny needs though. Their selection for this is meh. Employees are great overall. Very helpful and nice!Cat grooming though, don't do it if you expect your pet to come out looking evenly trimmed. 😑

Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, while others see you coming and walk the other way. Luckily when we went to get a fish tank we were helped by two very kind staff members. They helped us pick out all the right water treatments, decorations, and even the fish!

Cassidy and girls are friendly and inviting. It was Jax 1st visit and we we're both little nervous since he was used to another groomer for 6 yrs. We are happy to say it went well and we have set up our 2nd appointment. Thanks Cassidy for taking care of my little boy. 😉

I have 3 small dogs and very seldom I take them to the grooming salon. When I do, I go to Petsmart at the corner of Barrington Rd and Schaumburg road. The employees are always very professional, helpful and courteous. Especially Dawn. And they all do a great job with my dogs! I really appreciate their help today, Morena had a grooming appointment and I was running late but they waited for me. They are awesome!

The way they treat their fish is disturbing. what type of business has dead fish on display.my 3 yrs old daughter started crying.. we expected to see clean healthy fish ..but was greeted with this. it's disgusting . Shameful.. I can't imagine how they treat the other animals.. smh this company should be ashamed ..I'm sticking with aquatic / pet land on golf rd. You won't see this there

Store is clean. Employees seem upbeat and thus far always helpful. Lauren the trainer is amazing! She is so good with our 8 month old rescue, Gracie. Lauren was recommended by the store manager when I was in there once talking about some issues I was having with my pup. Thank you Lauren, Gracie thanks you too. Great job!

Staff helps reach items on high shelves. Very easy to price match in store but you can't if doing an online order. Prices on like items are higher than Walmart but not by that much.

They have a button for the fish area so you aren't standing around like an idiot waiting. Also staff do a good job with answering your questions and offering up advice.
