Believe the negative reviews! I was in here 10 min ago and the night staff lady with the glasses was extremely rude! She was shaking her head in irritation because we didn't use the self service machine to check out. I didnt use the machine because my card doesnt work on that machine. There were ZERO customers in the store and she was annoyed to check us out. I've worked at CVS and had to take down a line of 50 customers in under 10 minutes, and I did it joyfully. She has one customer in the entire store and she's frustrated and annoyed. This store needs to hire people who want to work here š

The most unprofessional pharmacist you will ever deal with.If you speak with a gentleman who claims heās a pharmacist named ā Milan Thakkrā at this location youāre just wasting your time.The rudeness and ignorance was comical.My issue will be reported to the next level as well.Figured Iād start here to save some people some time! I would give 0 stars if I could. Jean at the CVS Kiosk is probably one of the worst individuals I have dealt with in any transaction. Called me, yelling, and requested that I would come to a different appointment time than what I had scheduled or I would lose my appointment. This is supposedly because someone else cancelled and they did not want to wait for me. Before I could answer she hung up and would refuse to have a conversation every time I called back because "she's too busy". I apologize that you have to do your job and do not know how to be a normal genuine person.

My infant son and I came into the Health Hub at our scheduled appointment time. After waiting 45 minutes because the whole system was down, a worker (I think it was a manager) came to apologize for the delay to me and another family waiting to be seen. Then she commented on how good my baby was being. She told me that I shouldnāt be rocking my baby because he doesnāt need it. I told her that he was getting really hungry and me rocking him while holding him was the only thing keeping him from a fit. She then told me as a first time mom (which I am not) I should always bring a bottle with me. I told her that I was only here for a 5 minute TB test read and didnāt bring a bottle because I wasnāt supposed to be there for more than 15 minutes. She then said well if I was breastfeeding, that wouldnāt be an issue. I am currently suffering from post-partum depression and anxiety and her comments sent me into an an anxiety attack. I will never return to this CVS.

So sad... To feel a certain way leaving my neighborhood CVS store... I had a pretty good size purchase. So at the time of check out. I inquired about coupons that I had. And the store manager wasn't concerned enough about my customer experience or heck that I even wanted to save money. His response to me was that he pressed Total and couldn't go back. My transaction wasn't complete yet because I hadn't finalized the payment process. Being a manager it could have been simple to void the transaction, restart and apply my coupons. That was to much work for the store manager because he for sure wasn't going over and beyond. I would've been a happy returning customer. At this point, I know when my kind isn't wanted. So I'll just keep my hard earned money in pocket. Guess you have to be the Right type of person to actually use coupons at CVS... This chain of store has had more problems with some groups of people trying to use simple CVS coups that print out on your receipt from the store. Sorry to say. I will Never return as a customer...

So today, I go to pick up 2 generic prescriptions dropped off in the morning. A huddle with 3 staff members to discuss it. After 10 minutes in line, they weren't ready. Then I'm told they are not covered by insurance. Thats ok, I offer to pay cash. Another 5 minute huddle with 3 members of staff. Then she tells me to come back in 20 minutes,. I ask her to transfer the prescription to Walgreens.. A third huddle with staff - Now I'm told to call Walgreens. But you have the Rxs.. wow, I'm just stunned at the complete ineptitude. 20 minutes and I leave with nothing.

PLEASE avoid this CVS by any means, especially if youāre going through the drive thru pharmacy. Iāve been waiting at the window for over 45 minutes for a simple COVID test. The worst part is there was no traffic at first. I was the only vehicle. The line is now wrapped around the corner. This is probably the worst CVS location Iāve ever been to. They are unprepared and unprofessional.

Can I place more stars!? I am completely and absolutely thankful to the minute clinic, their quick intuition and steady connection in providing a flu shot to my not so shot friendly kids. I've struggle year after year but trying to make sure they get flu shot and only a few can withstand my fast kid ninja moves to avoid shots. Thanks so much, the experience and comfort was truly appreciated.

Sincere shout out to Kathy (or Cathy), who was overseeing the rapid COVID testing site this afternoon. I unfortunately showed up a few minutes late (I accidentally went to PCR site, not Rapid area), but she still called me and fit me into her obviously busy day. Along with me, as well as a full parking lot, she was knocking us all out within minutes and I got my results within a hour. Thank you again, Kathy.

Iām quite impressed with this location! I had some questions about a over-the-counter medicine and the pharmacist went above and beyond. He was extremely helpful and friendly, he left the counter to help guide me on what my best option was and explained in detail why. He also mentioned for me to come visit the urgent clinic today since it was late last evening. So thank you for a great experience, I will continue to come to this location. (Sadly I didnāt grab his name otherwise I would mention it due to how fantastic he was!)

What has happen to my favorite CVS pharmacy! The night front staff so helpfull. BUT WOW THE PHARMACY is a disaster. Trying to get aPrescription you have to wait hours and u go and is not even ready. I have had to wait hours before the answer the phone. And i am not even kidding. I try and now i dnt even get the pharmacy prompts. So sad!!!!!!!!!!! They gave lost anotherLoyal customer! cVs was our pharmacy since they open.

Came in for covid testing at 10:40, was asked to come in 15minutes early and itās not 11am and I still havenāt seen anyone. Iām feeling miserable and frustrated that Iām here.
