What can I say, it’s Walmart. Expect unprofessional and careless employees who couldn’t care less about their jobs or customers. I don’t know how this place makes it with the pathetic customer service and bogus store policies. Avoid Sam's and Walmart at all costs. Go to Costco where they actually value their customers and employees.

Out of the three Walmarts in Savoy, the one on 505 S Dunlap Ave is definitely my go-to. It consistently has what I need, from groceries to household items. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. Plus, the staff at this location is friendly and helpful, which makes the shopping experience even more positive. Overall, it's the clear winner among the Savoy Walmarts!

This Walmart in Savoy is a much better run store than the prospect avenue store. The store is clean organized picked up. Plenty of cash registers open with cashiers at them. Just an all-round better shopping experience and I've had at Walmart in Champaign county

I bought mangoes (#4312) and cut one and it is bad. I believe the rest must be same. Why do the sell such a low quality product. Listen Wal Mart, you customers deserve good quality products!

At one time a few years ago, this was the good Walmart. Now, employees are insanely rude and the store is a disaster. Moldy food everywhere, trash everywhere. Most the employees are too busy on their phones to do any work apparently. Never giving another cent

This store uses to be a good store. Now I can't find anything, or I can't reach what I can find. Why are the two liters up so high? I have to get help from another customer, i cant always find an employee. They are too busy talking on their phone to help a customer.The new check out is terrible. Why change what works?Walmart needs to hire people that want to work instead of redoing the store.

I have found several instances of this Walmart lowering their prices on items that we regularly purchase for a month or so and then raising it back to their previous price and then raising it again in a couple of weeks to a new higher price. I hope this doesn't become a pattern.

This particular store has expanded its inventory with a lot of new products that were not available before. It has also added a lot of new self check-out stations for faster and more convenient transactions. The new floor layout has resulted in slightly narrower aisles, but there is still ample space to pass by other customers. The key is to be mindful of one’s surroundings, practice common courtesy, and be patient, especially now that the holiday shopping season is in full swing.

They had the Goldbond products I needed. Lots of new self checkout lanes which were easy to use. Got in and out quickly even on Black Friday afternoon.

I had my oil changed here on more than one occasion, and the standard oil change include your fluids being filled and tires being aired. This has never happened, and after even bringing it up to one of the employees, it still didn't get done.Edited: Again, took my car here for an oil change and a tire repair and was told that I could do one or the other because they had a "lot of tires to get to". Here's the kicker, I brought my car in 30 mins early to my 1 hour appointment and they were done with the oil change 10 mins into my actually time slot, so for 50 minutes out of my 60, they couldn't find the time to plug a tire. My mistake for trying here again. Lessened learned. Don't expect quality work from Walmart.

We've just moved to Champaign and are pleasantly surprised to find the Walmart at Savoy to be spacious and clean. Both the in-store and pickup (drive up) experience have been good, except for inventory control (which might be due to the supply chain problem?). Although the mobile phone service is not directly caused by Walmart, the unstable signal affects the overall experience while shopping in the store. I'm with Mint Mobile on the T-Mobile network.How I rate:-1-2 stars - Businesses/professionals that do not meet the minimum standard of service.3 stars - Businesses/professionals that meet the minimum standard of care/service and nothing more; or when they try to make up for the lack of service by being really nice.4 stars - Businesses/professionals that take extra effort to be nice in addition to meeting the minimum expected standard.5 stars - Exemplary service/products and customer service/care.

Eeehhh. I once used to rave about this store but as like all the other stores. It’s just Walmart. You have the typical employees standing in the corners on their phones, others are just standing there doing absolutely nothing.Once asked for assistance and got told: figure it out, it’s not hard. Excuse me?!?!?!Granted it’s a nice remodel, but the employees need to be fired and hire a new team. They all look miserable and it affects the customers!

DO BETTER SAVOY WALMART! I came in the morning of October 30 2023 to do some shopping.There were at least 15 self service lanes open with employees standing waiting NOT to serve guests. I asked the young lady could she check me out she said NO.If nothing else the self-service lanes will be immaculate because the workers were so desperately cleaning, meanwhile myself and several other guests made up a line from the ONE register open through the center of the store ( THANK YOU ELLEN).We stopped 3 different walmart employees who all stated this isn't my store and said they'd get CLIFF who never showed up!I counted 10 employees on the floor just standing or on the phone. The people in this town keep the doors open and are completely ignored while shopping here.I don't go to Walmart to work I'm not getting paid to work there. I want to shop and be serviced. This Walmart houses the most disconnected, lack of guest service, nonchalant, rude group of people I've encountered. I will not shop here again! I will be writing reveiews on every platform sharing this terrible experience!

Well they are certainly trying to keep things as close to business as usual during the current covid concerns. Masks are required to shop, the are only allowing traffic through the grocery side and there is plenty of signage indicating how shoppers are to act while in the store. The only problem is that it looks like for the most part people are still doing whatever they want, which of course isn't Walmarts fault.My main issue was that they were out of stock on a lot of the items that I went there for, none of which are "high demand" right now.

I prefer this location over the Prospect one because I almost never have to wait long in line. The staff is friendly, and I find it clean and well kept. Only problem was when I came in at 8 they had the meat department cleared out, as if they were still setting up for the day.

I waited almost an hour for assistance with getting a desk. I ended up leaving and buying it on Amazon. Service is non existent here. People work here but they just walk around.

Very very unprofessional and unorganized ! Tried to do my usual store pick up but when I arrived there was no one at the pick up so I called and the phone rang for 8 mins until it ended never was able to get ahold of them and before you ask yes they were still open

Its your standard Walmart, I stopped in for some groceries late on a Sunday night a few weeks ago and I easily found everything that I needed. I've never had a bad experience shopping here.

Over the years, I've heard positive things about the benefits Walmart offers. Regrettably, my confidence in the employees at the Walmart here in Champaign is quite low. It seems that almost every time I turn a corner, I come across a staff member engrossed in their personal phone, not the electronic device provided for Walmart employees. When I ask for assistance in locating items, they simply gesture in a vague direction and offer a generic response like "somewhere that way," leaving me uncertain. It's unclear whether Walmart prioritizes customer service or is more focused on their packing operations, but I've stopped bothering to seek help from any employee. Nonetheless, if you're in need of something or searching for items, Walmart remains a reliable option with reasonable prices.

I was checking out in self checkout, a couple who had a dog on a leash came within 5-10 feet of me and my eyes started burning, I started wheezing, then upon asking the self checkout lady found that that particular store does not allow animals…..no signs indicating that they allow personal animals in their store! This animal wasn’t a service animal for someone with an ADA approved animal, it was just on a leash with their owner. Now I wouldn’t be so particular if I didn’t have severe allergies to animals! I immediately placed a complaint to Walmart’s corporate office….the manager on duty should be disciplined is all I have to say!

This Walmart is so Gucci, parking lot plowed, entrance salted, as much available as they could make possible in this storm. Help inside the aisles. Clearances , 24 hours a day open, the number one Supercenter is in Savoy!
