Started going to the orthopedic side to access a possible hip issue with my Rottie. After x-rays, Dr Jacobs started my dog on Librela monthly injections and by the following day he was pain free. Since then I've been seeing Dr. Turek and her expertise and love for dogs is obvious. I live 50 miles from the clinic and the care is well worth the drive. The vet techs and receptionists are skilled and professional as well. Would highly recommend.

I first started going to the Sports Vet over two years ago for our all our orthopedic care! The staff is very friendly; the Vet techs, and Doctors are awesome! They are great at getting us in for appointments in emergencies and to work around work schedules. I recommend them to all my dog friends! 🐾💗

Wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else! They treat her like a queen! She loves going there even tho she knows she’s gonna get shots. Dr Dilan and the technicians do a spectacular job and check her out from tip to tail. I’m sure my dogs have lived longer because of their attention to details and recommendations! The birding and grooming is top notch also. Five stars!

Having had a dog in my family since I joined the team, vet visits are a part of life. Once you experience horrible advise from your vet that if followed would’ve killed your pet, finding a vet you trust is paramount!! Savoy Sports Vet is hands down the best in the area. The staff are amazing and understand the importance of care for pets. I would recommend everyone do their homework, but for my hard earned dollars, this place is the only spot to go to!

I highly recommend Sports Vet. I have been going to them for years with several dogs. I have had two dogs put to sleep here & the staff & physicians are very compassionate & thoughtful. I just had my naughty boy, Aries, in for a checkup. He is a 90 lb Pittie who is very nervous at the vet. Dr Nuss & tech(I unfortunately did not get her name) were so patient & kind with Aries. Hands & paws down the best!

We were referred to Sports Vet Animal Medical Center by our local vet for our dog’s torn CCL. The Sports Vet staff and doctor were very informative and engaged throughout the entire process leading up to, and through the surgery. We were informed immediately of the surgery outcome from the doctor personally. Our shy dog was treated with the utmost respect and attention. We highly recommend Sports Vet!

I brought my cat in for a well visit and vaccines and I was soooo glad I chose Sports Vet. We had brought her to their ER once in the past and they took amazing care of her and gave us lots of information so we could make educated decisions about her health. Yesterday, for her well visit, I was afraid she’d be super feisty and lash out. Surprisingly, she did so good! They were so calming and gentle and made sure she was examined without too much stress. All of my questions were answered, the location was clean, and the staff were all kind and professional. I will stick with this clinic for as long as possible!!

My cat was having breathing issues and this wonderful team squeezed her into their full schedule. I dropped her off before work and picked her up on lunch break, and she was breathing normal again! I took one of my 6 month old kittens here on a Saturday because her vet was closed and she was not eating or using the bathroom and was lethargic. I am so grateful that my friend recommended Sports Vet Urgent Care. They were kind, helpful, professional and explained everything so I could understand. They clearly love animals and treated my kitten with love and concern. They even called the next day to check on her!She recovered with the treatment they gave and I definitely will be using their services again! I highly recommended this place and Dr Myers in particular!!

Our dog Rusty had surgical procedure done yesterday with a very successful outcome. Before his procedure we were given an estimate for the procedure and it turned out less than the estimate.Dr Dillon did the procedure with her team. They are very professional and explained everything about the procedure. After the surgery Dr Dillon called us and told us everything went very well. We are very happy with SportsVet.

They always take great care of my weird lil dog, the doctors and techs know what they're doing! I can genuinely say, for all the different places I've lived, I've never had such a good vet. Genuinely gives me pause for ever moving away in the future. For more emergent care, it might be best to go to U of I, but everything else I highly recommend Sports Vet.

I took my dog in for severe diarrhea and vomiting the other day and I had no idea what to do. As soon as she was able to get looked at, everyone treated my dog, fennel so nicely and took such good care of her. ❤️ My expectations were beyond exceeded. She is doing so much better and they gave such good advice for someone who felt helpless. I’m so very thankful for the staff. You guys are amazing!! I will definitely be coming here next time there’s ever an emergency!!

Tucker has been going to Sports Vet since he was a pup - all aspects of the business are stellar: Day Care, Grooming, Boarding and of course Veterinary. You can tell that everyone cares deeply about the pets they are dealing with - and all the pets get attention and focus of the staff. I would highly recommend their services.

This place is truly amazing! I have never had a better experience at any other animal urgent care before. They are extremely thorough and explain every step when it comes to diagnosis, options, costs, e.t.c. No one rushes you through your visit or your time spent talking with thet vet. This place far exceeds our current vet & I wish we lived closer so our dog could utilize their services for his regular needs. We felt 100% comfortable with them caring for him overnight during his urgent health crisis. Even when we called every 2 hours during the night to check on him, they were professional, caring and always informative on how our sick boy was doing while in their care. Our dog gets extremely anxious when he's away from us and has been traumatized at other facilities by being left alone. These folks checked on him every hour or so and he had zero anxiety once he was cleared to come home. That itself says a lot since none of us had ever been to this facility before. Their fees are very reasonable too in my opinion. Hats off to everyone here. Thank you for your wonderful standards and for taking such excellent care of our dog!

I love taking my dog, Bella, to Sports Vet. They are always so friendly, caring and professional. I always feel very taken care of when we go there. We see the doctor but I have also boarded Bella with them and she was treated so well. I even got pictures from the staff while I was on vacation which made me feel so much better about being away from her. The building itself is beautiful too! I would recommend them to all my friends and family with pets.

Very nice facility and staff. I called ahead for service costs and the front desk employee sent it to me immediately. Their prices are reasonable when compared to other vets in the area. For my appointment, my wait was less than five minutes before they took us back. The vet staff was great for our whole appointment. We have a senior dog and needed a care plan going forward. The vet talked through several options including medication, supplements and food as options to help our dog be in optimal health in her later years. She wasn’t pushy about products or making a choice immediately. She gave me the price of my visit before medications and explained pricing on different med options to help me make an informed decision. I came to Sports Vet at the recommendation of others, and I’m glad I did!

I found Sports Vet when I was visiting my sister who lives in Champaign. My dog had an obstruction and needed emergency surgery- the staff was so kind to him and to me! They answered all of my questions, put up with me calling to check on him all hours of the night, and validated my concerns while putting me at ease. They saved his life.I've since moved to the area and now bring both my cat and dog to this office for their regular visits. They both love the staff! And so do I. Highly recommend.
