This store is adorable! Everyone seems to rave about it, so I decided to stop in and check it out. The prices were more reasonable than I expected, and their treat selection is top tier! They have food, treats, and toys for pretty much any domesticated pet! The store was clean, items were easy to find, and the staff were friendly. It is honestly a gem!

I have really liked this store in the past and even recommended it to others. But lately there seems to be a rotating door of new staff members who sorely lack customer service experience and cannot do basic math. On my most recent visit, I got overcharged because they rang up same items at beginning of transaction and again at end. Since I didn't catch it right away, I didn't feel it was fair to complain several days later. I can be forgiving up to a point, but this sort of thing happens pretty much every time I come in. It isn't worth the headache.

Easy to find and get to. They do not have a dock and they have two locations you could unload at. If you are here was a customer, they have lots of critter supplies. There's bound to be something here for just about any one. The people were friendly and helpful. It was a really nice place to visit.

This store is always super clean, help is knowledgeable and always very helpful. I have always found them price competitive to Farm n Fleet and Rural King until this last week. i stopped in to buy shavings..I commented on how per bag price had increased. But went ahead and purchased only to find out that Farm n Fleet bag are 5.99 compared to their $7.39...significant price difference. .exact same item.

Get store with very friendly staff. I find they are easy to approach with questions, and if they don't know the answer they will try to find it for you.They have the best salmon oil in town, and they sell it in a giant bottle so it lasts me like 3 months! Would probably last much longer for other dogs, since mine requires a higher serving due to health issues. Decent selection of dog toys, leashes, collars, and harnesses. Can't even tell you how many places I've been looking for a 4ft leash with a comfort handle and couldn't find one!

Great specialty store for pet and livestock feeds. On the left side of the store is the pet area with food and supplies for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small pets like rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs. On the right side of the store is the livestock area including horses. A small apparel section for outdoor wear is included and some lawn ornaments are for sale as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Leashed dogs are allowed in the store and the register area has small treats for them.

Really cool store, they have some pretty neat bird feeders and a nice candle selection. Staff were friendly and they have a large variety of petgoods. Best of all locally owned, which is becoming rarer and rarer. Overall worth a visit.

The workers are knowledgeable and kind. They have an absolute amazing selection of dog products- from CBD treats to hot spot sprays- not to mention awesome toys for all breeds. Can't recommend this store enough!

This is a fantastic store! I came to the pet extravaganza to drop off my daughter at the u of I booth and ended up with a full cart of products! The prices are great here even without the sale. I live in Chicago and was surprised at how reasonable their prices were and what a huge assortment of great stuff for backyard birds, dogs, cats, other pets and horses! They were very welcoming and educated about shelter animals and not buying from pet stores because they are from puppy mills. All in all impressed! Great, helpful staff and huge selection!

This place is so cool. They have such an astonishing selection and the staff goes Way Beyond the extra mile to make sure that you are taken care of. Everyone was so friendly and they have incentives to continue shopping with them like a free bag of food after you purchase a certain amount. I live over an hour away and I will be driving out to this store for all of my pets needs.

There is great customer service, wholesome atmosphere and friendly staff. Ian and his pride's of new Fatherhood shared how great it is to work for family owned businesses. As the line accumulated beyond 5 people Ian was called to open another register to make my Prairie Farm Experience quick. Great place to get pet supplies! I especially like that they keep track of my rebate card for me so I can get my free bag after buying so many-- I'm so bad at rebate cards myself! I also like how helpful I have always found the staff to be!

Has the best selection of Quality pet supplies for every pet. Might be a bit pricey compared to the big chains on some products, but completely worth it for the selection and the great attitudes of all the staff that I've met. Definitely recommend a visit even if it's just for for a look around at the products that aren't animal related.

What a selection! You can spend several hours if you want to see everything. The store is well setup with wide aisles so you don't feel cramped. So you can find what you need quickly. They have feed programs that you can purchase and get sale prices everytime you shop all through the year. Pretty sure they carry item's for every pet . With all that, their prices are very reasonable and in line. Highly recommend.

I love the wide variety of dog treats they have for my lab! He really enjoys duck and I can rarely find it on the shelf at Walmart. This is the only store I found a dog seat belt and it was only $5 (needless to say I got 2!) and right before I left for vacation they also came out with a gps tag for my dogs collar so I knew he was safe at home while I was gone!

I love this store! They have great food and toys for dogs. They also have great books on training as well as puzzles to keep an intelligent dog on it's toes. I prefer them over petsmart any day.

Amazing place that sells supplies for all types of pets. I was shocked at how much they have stocked. Definitely will be coming back. You can tell that the store really takes pride in providing an amazing selection to our animal community.

You can find most pet supplies here in addition, and the products seem diversified though dogs definitely dominate the landscape. They're always friendly to me and my cats when we visit. I do wish they could carry more varieties of wet food for cats that are senior friendly, (like lockable treats or cans heavy on the gravy), but otherwise, good stock.
