2/2/24 5/10 pm, I go in for 6/7 things im in line, about 3/4 people ahead of me. And the lady turns her light off, mid waiting. I have two ladies behind me, but I was told I have to get out of her lane and go to lane 1. I asked why, she said “I’m closed”. I was waiting PRIOR to her sign, but what kills me is the folks BEHIND me was not told to leave the lane. The next lane over had a lady with at least 50 plus times on the belt, so I’m just very confused on why I was told to get out of the line, when 1- I was already waiting prior to her light going off. 2- folks behind me was not told to get out of her line…Manager on duty was no help, she stated “I don’t see the big deal”. I’ve worked this location, and shopped here for YEARS, this will be my last time I step foot in this store with such horrible customer service, I experienced today.I don’t know if my mixed 7 yr old son was the issue, but something gotta give with this location. I will be reporting them to higher authority.

I came to the Savoy Dollar Tree store at 8:30 pm tonight. To my surprise the front door was locked even though right next to the door the sign says it closes at 9 pm. I was confused and tried the second part of the double door - locked. A minute later unsmiling woman looking angry opened the door and without any apologies informed me that she is a manager and she closes the door at 8:50 pm. Let me repeat: it was 8:30 pm at that moment. I asked her about the sign on the door clearly showing that on weekdays it closes at 9pm, to which she said with disdain and animosity, are you coming in or not? I did. I bought what I needed and left within a couple minutes. I am finishing this review and it’s not even 8:50 pm yet. The manager’s name is Brittany (sorry, not sure about the correct spelling). But she will know. And hopefully so will her management.

some of the people are not friendly at all.I asked The cashier if we can have cashback and she didn't say a word, she just pointed at some sticker that has been tapped at the register which I haven't seen, no world, no customer service at all.

Need to be able to pull up cashier's when needed. Standing 6 back in line when 2 other employees are visible and could step in to help check out is kind of sad customer service. Store is always in great shape. Just the check out area that is an issue at times😳

What a great variety! Store is neat, staff is nice and helpful! I've been several times and most things I'm looking for I have found. I would say though, the cashier that checked me out was very rude the first time I went about a month ago and every trip after has been great!

It is what you expect, most items are a dollar, with various quantity and qaulity. It's a great place to get items that are disposable - balloons, gift wrap, trays for an event or holiday, etc. It has much of the same as it it did pre-Covid, and changes seasonally. If you want to know if an item is coming back, look for the tag and space, if it's gone, so is your item.Faster than most stores due to almost everything being the same price. Just like every other store, masks are required, but enforcement depends on the person. Any markings on the floors are ignored. Do not go looking for major cleaning supplies or masks.Parking is free, but most the time there is a small walk, some locations have wheelchairs available, some stores you can take out the cart while others you can not. There is no public available bathroom, masks, sanitizer, and have not seen resource by which carts are cleaned.Staff seems to be rotating through the holiday season, which masks asking where something is pointless, but otherwise friendly.

I love the dollar tree. 💚 I always go here to get beauty or spa day stuff. They may not have the cheapest in most food,. It they do have some stuff you can't get at other places, and great prices on other things.

I will never purchase another item at this Dollar Tree ! Last week I purchased a bottle of Melatonin, only to find it had previously been opened. Because I have a very busy schedule and work TWO jobs I was unable to take it back until today. After handing the bottle over to the sales associate Sabrina, who by the way acted as if I was absolutely inconveniencing her~she returned only to say the manager would NOT be taking the bottle back, due to the fact that it was a health code issue and that I should have returned it the same day I bought it. The manager didn't come out to speak with me or offer to replace the product ~ I realize that it is merely $1.00 but this is a ridiculous policy !

That is my to go to store. So much food and craft ideas are endless. School supplies , freezer items. Pork chops are just the right thickness. Served one to a package. Not too bad if only you to feed.

The Dollar tree in Savoy Plaza center is a nice store. But what made me give it a bad rate was the Cashier Sabrina (going by recipet) started cussing either at me or an elderly lady because we didn't answer her "have a nice day." Well I was in there cuz my dentures were hurting my mouth and I wasn't from around there. So I'm not sure if I will be back. I was gonna gonna go there and get my monthly supplies. Ruined my experience. And I'm calling her manager.

. The most disappointing part of this dollar tree is Sabrina. Her attitude is so bad ! She's constantly rolling her eyes , disrespectfully taking things out of my hands.... it's not even worth coming back if I'm treated like that.

Always have cheap stuff and stuff cheap. Store could be cleaner and better organized. Some employees helpful and some hostile. Watch sizes, some things are actually cheaper at Schnucks, especially food items

Your cashier Davrey or however you spell it is the most hostile rude person I have ever encountered in a retail setting. Does not greet,scowls the whole time she rings you up,slams your purchase in a bag, throws it aside when done slaps down reciept and moves on to the next in a likewise manner. I watched a man ask her a question and she flat out refused to answer him. Is this really who you want as the face of dollartree?

I visited the store recently and while I didn't find what I was looking for, I found other goodies. The staff was just so so friendly. I don't remember anyone saying hello. I will go back again.

Convenient location near a ton of other stores. Typical selection of a dollar tree. Lots of food options nearby too.
