One of the pharmacy employees today was extremely rude. The employee working at the window misunderstood my pronunciation of "two" as "June" for my birthday, which, hey, understandable, it happens. After a while, another employee came up and I clarified that I meant "2, as in February." The employees told me to "watch my attitude" (I probably sounded a little frustrated, but I certainly wasn't yelling or complaining) and then she proceeded to laugh with her coworker at me while I waited for my mediation. I've never had any pharmacy employee interact this rudely with me ever.

Long wait times especially on the phone. At least my toddler likes the hold music. I’ve been waiting on hold for 20 minutes with no end in sight. This is a question for a medication.

More than a years there is chronic problems of a long waiting time, staff shortages, excessive staff turn over, inefficient staff, awfully slow cash registers when you go pick for the medication. Quite frustrating. Previous complaints does not appear to changed any of the above issues.

This store seems to be "getting it together"! I was impressed with the service provided by Caleb in the pharmacy. Plus, the manager greeted me.

Prices high for what they sell, much cheaper elsewhere. Some if the people here very unfriendly. I avoid this place.
