I was shocked to see that their prices rival Walmart and Ruler Food. I can understand this somewhat but not when I'm doing their work with self check out and paying them for me doing it! Plus you better have an atm card because they don't take cash! If they do I couldn't find one.

I have been reading a lot on how to cut grocery costs. Everyone says that Aldi has great prices on fruits and vegetables. And it is true. Staff is always helpful and kind. The store is clean.

Great produce for the local area, at a reasonable price. Most grocery stores in Savoy and surrounding areas have raised prices due to inflation, however Aldi has maintained their modest rates and maintain their high level of quality. 5 out of 5 would recommend!

Went on Sunday morning at about 9:00. Not many people there.It was hard to find a few things.Prices on most things were much lower than most stores. I have no problem with the quality of their merchandise.Left about 9:45 and it was getting busy.

Yesterday while shopping one of the employees was visibly getting upset because they kept overstocking the spinach and it kept falling off the shelf. Apparently my cart was in their way because they aggressively moved my cart (which had my bags, purse/money in it) without asking me to move. I was standing right there next to my cart and I did not appreciate this employees attitude. Don’t touch other peoples belongings when they are literally right there and you could just ask them to move. I did not appreciate the aggravation this employee showed towards me and my things because they were flustered. Totally unacceptable to act that way.

We shop here weekly and have became friends with the cashiers Karen and Amy. They both are always so sweet and kind. Very helpful too.There is a male manager that isn't ever friendly. When we are standing in the isle with him and we say good morning he looks the other way

I was aware that this Aldi was relatively new, but it looked brand new. Everything was practically gleaming. Very well organized. Very clean. Staff was friendly and polite.I hate shopping but this store was so nice the experience was positively pleasant.

I want to give this a 3.5.The largest issue is the "fresh" fruits and vegetables are sometimes turning colors or moldy.There is no public restrooms, and no phone number to a direct store. You have to be there to see if they have an item. The rental carts are a quarter returned. Bring your own bag or be prepared to buy one.Any items in boxes or carts are scanned individually, and you will need to redo any packing that is done prior to check out.There are dividers at the checkout and masks are required at this point. There is no one wants traffic feet, which is nice, and in case you forgot something.Staff has always been friendly.Bread is on the far left and milk is on the far right, with everything else in the middle. There are some fantastic sized and prices items and others are just above generic.The store is always clean. Items are stocked when they state. There is no deli or meat department to cut food. Fish is usually breaded. Yogurt selection rotates with seasonal flavors, as does soda pop, and other items.There are last minute items in every aisle, including candies, and healthier selections.No pharmacy available. The non good section is one aisle long and also changes seasonally.There is handicap parking and a decent amount of lighting after dark. In fact, several drivers forget to turn on their headlight guys when leaving.There is a direct road to the store and a mini road past a mini mall, which leads to a full sized gas station across the street.If you need something quick, with an easy layout, this is a good choice.I can't give it 4 stars due to the lack of many items, but would recommend shopping here, especially if you are interested in canned foods.Watch online for hours of operation and any changes in those hours. Parking has always been safe at the his location.

This Aldi's produce was good had a variety of new products meat high but about same compared to Walmart rulers over all again canned good like Walmart getting more water and ends of green beans so far rulers is a branch from Kroger's they are keeping the same amount of product In their canned goods so just watch price and products

Absolutely love this grocery store. They have very good produce at low prices. Milk and egg prices also very low. They have very good store brand selections. I've not been disappointed yet.Frozen selection is also good and reasonably priced. They also have "Aldi Finds" which are specialty items in limited quantities that are typically a bargain.If you've not been, I encourage you to give them a try!

I love to shop for groceries here. The prices are very fair. I always find what I need here. They have all of the basics that you could be looking for, not just for food but also for a few cosmetic items. I have tried plenty of Aldi brand food and it has been good so far. The workers here are very nice. The store is also clean.

I like my Aldi I'm a regular. honor the customary honor system, when you open up a new line, allow the person that's next in line, to go to the new line that's opening. Great wine great coffee selection, love the fresh meat. But I have to have reasonable customer service to make my shopping experience worthy of spending my hard-earned income.

Love that they use less pesticides and additives in their food and produce. Prices are incredible. Usually spend half as much here, than any other grocery store in town. Perfect for when you're on a low spending budget.

This is my favorite ALDI location, close to home and work! This ALDI did a great job with reorganizing their layout, especially their produce section, such that a previous area given to bottlenecks is now easily manageable, especially since it is close to the entry and has cut-through aisles to make it easy to loop around. The other layout changes were mostly effective in my mind, some may disagree. What most will agree with is that ALDI in general has excellent quality and awesome prices (which take a while to increase). Finally, there's ample parking and close proximity to adjacent restaurants and business in the area.

Meat selection is limited, and their generic bread is less than mediocre. As with most Aldi, their always understaffed which is how they keep the prices low. The employees are always very nice, and they’re really efficient and get even some of the fullest carts through in a couple of minutes. Getting in and out is pretty easy with the two exits, and there is always plenty of parking.

This is an awesome store. They have great produce at low prices. Their eggs and milk are also very reasonable. If you like Prairie Farms milk, try their brand. It is as good if not better.
