Worst hotel experience ever. Checked in by an extremely rude front desk employee by the name of “Bailey.” She smelt very strongly of marijuana. When asked for an extra pillow for our room, she rolled her eyes and acted as if it was too much to ask for. She had also came over to the gambling machines my husband was sitting at, and gave him her phone number. Very unprofessional. There should be an option to not leave any stars.

We had a very pleasant stay here while visiting Savanna. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor; but, we had no issues with noise outside our window. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed during the week and were provided with a nice continental breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful spot to stop and stay. Clean, professional, updated, you will not find a spot like this within 200 miles. I've traveled quite a bit and this place has been top notch. Animal friendly, only $20 for your pal. I stayed off season so the room was around $100 with taxes and the dog. If you need somewhere to stay in savanna, have no doubt this is a great place.Room was clean and cold when we arrived. But quickly got to our preferred temperature. No noise, no parties like the campgrounds nearby. They have a pool open till ten. Slots if that's your thing. And they even have adult beverages. If I was ever coming back, I'd stay here.

FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATIONS AND SUPERIOR GUEST SERVICE. My family is from Savanna so I rarely get the opportunity to check out hotels in the area. The staff has been absolutely wonderful from the moment I booked my reservation. This hotel is truly a DIAMOND in the ROUGH and I am so grateful for the opportunity to stay here for the whole weekend. The views from the top of the Bluff are beautiful, the seating area across the parking lot with picnic tables adds a nice welcoming feeling. The fitness room, pool, game room, and Community room off the main lobby are more than I could ask for. But most of all, when you step into Savanna Inn and Suites, you are treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I cannot thank you all enough for making our stay here exceptional - and it's only just begun.Walkability: Walking trails right off the parking lot to breathtaking views of the city below.Food & drinks: They offer drinks until 2am!Noteworthy details: Pool is open until 10PM

Amazing hotel! Best part is without a doubt Rex! Rex will shuttle you like a cab driver. Wherever after 3pm. He's honest, reliable, kind, and knowledgeable. We throw him a tip of course, but other than that it's free. It's a nice clean hotel, comfortable, and the staff is kind. This is my 2nd time staying. I stayed in a room with two queen beds - 3 people total. The room was clean and comfortable. We had to troubleshoot logging onto the wifi, but once we got on, the internet worked well and allowed us to work remotely. Hospitable, accommodating staff. Short drive to the river. Located next to a gas station and McDonalds. Thanks for a great trip!

Our stay began with a very rude and miserable front desk person. I’d rather get kicked in the nuts than see this person in the street ever again. After that our stay was magnificent. It’s a chill hotel with a breathtaking view of town. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Cons: no breakfast. There’s a McDonalds about 5 minute walk though.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were so nice and welcoming. Location was absolutely perfect for what we needed it for. Unfortunately they lost a star because the whole reason I booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and unfortunately I was not notified nor was there any information available online that the hot tub has been closed for almost 2 years, or since covid. I was offered the opportunity by staff to upgrade to a room with a hot tub in it but I did not want to pay the extra money for that because I just wanted to just wanted to use the public hot tub to relax before a big day. They really should not be advertising that they have a hot tub if they don't. But as I said the staff was really nice and I would definitely recommend people to stay here, Just what the understanding the hot tub is not open and probably will not be open for a long time.

This hotel is ideally located for both downtown and poopys bar as it is about half way between both. It sits up on a hill, overlooking the road. Check in is at 3, however, I was able to check in early on this Saturday. The front desk was a bit underwhelming as far as helpfulness for location of room, times of check out, times for breakfast or that thru even had breakfast. Thru didn't inform me they had a shuttle service which I found out about much later. It would have been nice to know about upfront. Other than that, it was a good visit. The room seemed to be clean, in order, and in good shape. The bed was huge, the room was good sized and the bathroom was fine. The overall aesthetics of the place is good. The whole place seemed clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was decent with some interesting fare. They had egg patties with cheese in them dubbed cheese omelets. They had ham, cheese, and potato fritter. They had biscuits and gravy. And then all your usual breakfast fare. It was decent and better than a lot of places I have stayed at. I will stay here again when I go back to the area and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to stay here.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I booked this hotel solely for the purpose of saving money on our trip to visit family in fl. But we couldn’t even stay, we had to go to another hotel. We tried to stay because we were very sleepy after a long drive but we had to leave. The sheets were wet, the room was filthy, there was a lighter on the ground, the room smelled, the shower had brown streaks of rust all down it, and worst of all our lock didn’t work. To top of off the owner was extremely rude to us and refused to give us a refund. So what trying to be very frugal and spending only $90 for a room has cost me $230 instead. Do not stay here not even suitable for one night!

It was great to go back to my hometown. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel, and again we enjoyed it. Beautiful room, and almost every employee there was friendly. My only regret is that I didn't ask for a room on the side with the great view like last time. Looking forward to returning someday soon!

The manager was confrontational, rude and definitely lacked integrity. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle and when we called for updates we were lied to.The hotel was clean and nice with plenty of parking, great breakfast, and other accommodations. However the treatment by the manager and night staff tainted out whole vacation.

Room too hot to sleep, we turned air on 60 cause it's was hot when we got there, we left for few hrs so it would be cool when we got but it was still hot when we returned, it was way too miserable to sleep, the room didn't get cool enough to sleep til about checkout time the next day, we told the lady at desk next morning and she just said sorry, one of my most miserable stays ever,but if wasn't for that everything else was goodNearby activities: Fun

What is disappointing about this hotel is that although they have shut down their pool and reduced their breakfast to only being served on the weekends in response to covid-19 they are simultaneously charged in the same race as before for full service. Since they are not serving breakfast and their pool is shut down the pricing should reflect that, but it does not. When we Google this hotel it's said that they offer these amenities and we booked the room with that expectation. The only way you will learn they are still charging full price for limited service is if you go to their website and read the fine print. I want to be fair and acknowledge that the room is fine but the main reason I wrote this review was because their pricing is inconsistent with the service you'll receive.......

The pool and hot tub were closed the one night we were there and they didn’t discount the rate, which was disappointing. The front desk was not friendly. Breakfast was decent; bed was comfortable. Room pretty basic. The little shampoo in the shower was only about half full, which was strange.

Fantastic hotel!!! Great staff they are so helpful and friendly. Rita was so very kind. They are pet friendly and have a great pool and jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and one of the best breakfast buffets on the planet. Tiny egg and sausage quiche and tiny breakfast burritos and wrapped omelets. We just all around love this hotel!!!

Highly recommend this hotel! I wish I knew more people like the owners here. Brian and Christine are by far the best people I've met in a really long time. And the receptionist was just as amazing! The room I was given was super clean and well set up. If the staff gets to read this, I am so thankful for all of your help and customer satisfaction doesn't get any better than this.
