I know you can do better. The district Manager of this location should be ashamed, to say the least. I got sick to my stomach but I was determined to walk through the entire store isle by i​sle to witness just how bad it was. There were two associates visible who were not at all concerned with the condition of the store and because they stood at the front of the store talking and laughing like there was nothing to do. Even when I let out a very scary scream, neither one of the associates came to check on my safety another customer ran over only to find out that i saw a huge bug jumping around. I absolutely had to take a few photos because my words are just not enough. I am still in an attempt to speak personally from their Corporate Office but so far all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts to speak to someone who will be concerned enough about the photos and will look to hold someone accountable for this mess of a store. By the way, I did make a purchase just to verify my visit on 8/24/20225-Stats for the worst store in history.Note: I absolutely love shopping at "Family Dollar" it truly saddens me that this is the location I now live closer to

Staff are friendly and helpful. Many of the shelves are either empty or partially empty. The floors are dirty and the store looks messy, the coolers are mostly empty. In the winter, the store was freezing because the heat didn't work and the workers had their winter coats, hats and gloves on. The air conditioning doesn't seem to have been working well this past summer even on our hotter days. It looks like what inventory there is, is being sold till there isn't anything else. You can't help but wonder how it will be before the store close since it's in this condition.

Manager is super helpful and pleasant. Floor staff could learn from her, some are rude. As for the store, stock never seems to be completely stored, lots of boxes clutter floor isle. It could use a good cleaning too. I'll check in to see if I should change my post.

This store is FILTHY and UNORGANIZED! Things are on the shelf over one price but that isn't the price of that item. The store just dirty. I asked the cashier could I put my stuff in the bag as she is ringing because she was sitting it down as she did so, but the counter is visibly filthy, but she got an attitude because I held the stuff in my hand.It's a shame, especially when your spending money. It keeps them working.

Went in there today to get needed items there was a old man and his daughter in there who asked for help. The person working was not acknowledging anyonee cause they were on their phone. And when the daughter told her not to talk to her father like that and asked for a manager she said she was and walked to back and refused to helpHad to ring the bell multiple times to get help. If u are only person in store with customers dont be ignorant.

This store is horrible floor need moping its filty dirty boxes all in the aisle were you could easily fall shelves empathy went around 8:45 line was long don't know why wouldn't open second Register thinking about calling corporate on this nasty floor store smh

The new manager Tony is showing a deliberate an exemplary pattern of great management. The store is cleaner and more well-organized. His attitude is par excellence. You can count on me to continue to shop at Family Dollar with the great leadership that has been exhibited by the new store manager kudos to Family Dollar for selecting a great man and supervisor. He is a candidate for upper-level positioning in the hierarchy of Family Dollar.

This store is horrible always understaffed. Always one register open the new manager Tony works his employees like slaves. Customer service is horrible from him and his employees always new staff never the same people. They need to bring back that old manager Anita and those other people before. Until then I'm no longer shopping here or advising anyone else to do so because they Suck...

Their operations time States they open at 8am but I've came on different dates and the store has not opened on time, My husband stopped by this morning and he had the same issue stayed out there until 10mins after and they also had a truck waiting as well, end result he took his business to Walgreens. I gave two Stars for some of the evening employee's they're pretty Ok as far as customer service..

Never stocked or cleaned, very unorganized, and then the closing in the middle of the day is the worst. Will never come back and I’m living one block away. I’ll start shopping at dollar general that’s right off Torrance.

This family dollar is the worst of all dollar stores that I’ve ever visited. They do not open on time nor do they stay open for the hours in which are posted. The manager Aisha is a joke she hires individuals who are like-minded such as she who do not give one care about their customers. I will not ever shop there again
