Riley was a Christmas present to my son. I took her here on Christmas Eve, and she was grommed. The pricing was great! This was my first time visiting this establishment, and it would not be my last she came out smelling so good and looking so pretty. Being a first-time pet owner, I had a lot of questions, and the vet was very knowledgeable and patient with me.

A couple of reasons why I LOVE Dr. Kim! She saw me during off hours, which is just remarkable. She is hard-working, thorough, and generous with her time. She is passionate and knowledgeable. She’s a one-woman show mostly, and her dedication to our pets in remarkable. Not only that, my friend’s dog had an issue and she went to a different vet. The other vet ran up a huge bill and couldn’t diagnose the dog. Dr. Kim just spoke to her, asked a lot of questions, and was able to diagnose the dog right away. She suggested a modification to the dog’s diet using Evanger’s Chunky Chicken Casserole, and the dog improved with her holistic recommendation. Dr. Kim is sweet, patient, and brilliant. Thank you for your service to our animals, Dr. Kim!

This place is nasty! It smelled so bad of urine when we came in. Waited for over 15 minutes for someone at the front desk. They were in the back and could hear them yelling at the dogs. When I called later to say I left, was given the excuse they only have one person for the front. I get that and understand staffing, but the rest… hell no. Well worth the loss of $50 to not let them touch my baby!

She is one of the most caring, kind-hearted doctors I have ever had the privilege of knowing. She actually CARES, & she is very knowledgeable as well-a combination that you don’t find often. When you do find it, cherish her & people like her.

Excellent service from the staff and the Veterinarian. You have to have Patience , a little crowded but service is 120% worth it . Been taking my dogs for years . Dogs are well taken care of, if the dogs have to be there for over night procedure. I highly recommend this Veterinarian, cares for the animals above and beyond !!

The facility was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly to my as well as my dog. My dog was a little excited and hyper and the helped with calming her down. The vet was patient and pet friendly.

The vet here is amazing. She did an amazing job the cherry eye service for my puppy. The most affordable and best quality of service. She is a very busy women but her love for the pets are outstanding!!!

Being a new puppy owner. I would give this place 0 stars. I took my puppy to get a physical wellness exam after adopting her. The vet lady here told me my puppy was fine and healthy. I took her somewhere else because I was still unsure and they told me she had two parasites! Don’t take your pup or any animal here.

It was amazing. I was able to leave my guinea pig for boarding, and it was $8 a day. I was gone for 5 days, and my pig was very healthy. This place is very small and the people running it know what they are talking about. I would recommend for pocket pet owners who are going on vacation. 🙂

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good customer service over the phone.Grooming services are limited to a small window of time in between early mornings and noon.Must have updated records of shots to receive grooming services or pay about $100.00 for shots in addition to grooming.

Affordable and very intelligent doctor. She loves animals and treats them like they were her own! First time coming here and I’ll be coming back forever! 🙏 recently brought my dog for eye surgery and it wasn’t long of a wait! Just said about him having his cone on for two weeks. Overall super friendly as well as her assistant.

I love this clinic! I travel a lot, and I leave my dogs here for boarding every time. Dr. Kim has treated my family's two dogs and two cats on various instances, and i could not have been more pleased!!! She is very knowledgeable, and I love how I can count on her in emergency situations. She is amazing, and very compassionate and understanding!Thank you for the wonderful work you do, Dr. Kim!

She is a great, caring veterinary, that needs a little support. Her prices are reasonable. She has a huge clientele. The reason for that is reasonable prices and caring attitude for our pets. She just needs a little help sprucing the place up. Like going to your grandma's house in the summer.

I Love Dr. Kim, she is the hardest working vet in the world. Dr. Kim is at her office basically 7 days a week. I don't know how she does it. Dr, Kim treated my beloved dog Curby for about 5 years. He had many problems from a massive rotting hanging skin tag to severely painful hips. She helped him transition last year. She allowed my kids and I all the time we needed to say goodbye. At one point we were all on the floor next to him weeping. She never once hurried us even though her waiting room was filling up. Her prices are super reasonable and won't bankrupt you. Most days she's the only one there doing everything. Dr. Kim is a remarkable and wonderful vet!!!

My cat got his shots and I paid for them to groom. They didnt brush him and he was very scared when i finally got him back. I dropped him off first thing in the morning by 8am I didn't get him back til 830pm. The Dr took Forever didn't answer calls. Ever since my cat went there he hasn't been the same.

It's smells awful all the time. You sit for hours. The staff are rude. This used to be a great place and affordable but not anymore. The two new people she hired as assistant's and reception (both men) could not be more unprofessional. Just call with an issue and you'll see what I mean. The assistant Carlton killed a cat when my son was doing community service there and he had the nerve to lie to Dr Kim and blame my son. The truth came out a few days later because there was another witness. I will never trust these people again. I like Dr Kim she's a nice woman but she botched my dog's surgery. She went in to be fixed and a month later went into heat and she had to do it again. She actually charged me for her mistakes! To make matters worse we had to kennel her there while she healed so that's she wasn't running around for the first week after surgery. When I came back for her they made me come to the back to get her telling me she wouldn't leave the kennel and they were scared of her. She's the sweetest thing in the world and it didn't make sense to me. When we got back there sure was backed up against the wall growling and snarling and foaming at the mouth. I tried talking to her calmly calling her name and it was like she didn't recognize me. It took a minute for her to realize it was me. I don't know what they did to my poor baby girl but I know she was tormented there. Too many horrible things happen there. Take your loved pets anywhere else. Pay a little more and get them proper care.

My dog gets his hair groomed here and they do a perfect job every time! The only issue I had was scheduling an appointment one time with the front desk staff, and the gentleman was kind of rude. I get it, they're busy. I was really polite and he asked for my name and number, etc and accused me of giving him a fake name and kind of gave me an attitude, which is unprofessional. Besides that, my experience here has been fine!

This is the best vet I've ever dealt with. The wait times can be long sometimes but worth every minute, because the Dr. is the best. She has diagnosed issues with my doberman that other vets missed, and she takes her time to explain in plain terms, what's going on with your pet. Open 7 days a week, reasonable fees, and just good people. What more could you ask for!

Dr Kim has been taking care of my 12 yr old golden retriever since he was 8 wks old. She is awesome and caring!My only issue is the boarding. EVERY time I leave my golden here for overnight boarding, something is wrong with him when I pick him up; and I have to take him back to the vet for medical care!

Today was my first time there. I was able to be a walk in and be seen the same day. The man at the front desk was wonderdul, polite and knowledgeable. He definitely made a beautiful first impression. His name is Carlton....thank you for your help. Next I got in to see the vet. She was phenomenal. She she patient and you could tell she cares for each animal she sees. My dog was going for a overgrown toenail in her paw pad. She was so gentle my dog did not even react when she clipped her nails. The nail had gotten so long she would not let anyone touch that paw so I was surprised she was able to cut her nails with out medication. I will be back and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
