Once thing in particular I enjoy about Jeannie is that she is very knowledgeable about my doggies needs so she makes for a simple pleasant experience. They were great with my boxer. He's a playful giant and I get nervous people will see his playfulness as aggression but they loved him. He looks great and they even called to check in and make sure the products used were working for him after we left. I will be back.

10/10 would recommend. Our cat is very leery of new people but she was almost immediately at ease here. The staff really take the time to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable. We very very impressed at how quick and painless our nail cutting experience went.

I LOVE this place! The owner treats my Boda like he is there for a spa treatment! The care and love they give to each animal is so awesome. Whatever magical shampoo they use makes my dog smell so good. I would recommend this place for any dog! Boda loves his spa day!!!

I live in Chicago and bring my dog all the way here for his grooming. Jeannine is very good with my large Goldendoodle and I can tell he enjoys spending his days there when he gets his full groom. He is always excited to see her and he does not appear to be stressed when I pick him up. Jeannine’s prices are also super reasonable and the quality of her work is top notch.

I had a doggy emergency with burs and fur! I am dog sitting and had no idea what to do. I called Jeannine and she got me right in to get the burs out. She’s a life a savor and so sweet! Thank you Jeannine!
