Encountered a wonderful person working & guiding people quickly to the registers on the self check area. He was pleasant, helpful, respectful & had great manners. I've seen him before & he is always kind & helpful.

Seems to be the hangout for the local teenage car enthusiasts. From 6 -- 12pm, a gang of them milled the parking lot showing off the noises their tricked out cars could make. We were just stopped trying to get out of the wind for the night.

I wish I could leave a no stars!!!This Walmart is disgusting when it comes to their meat their always putting out meat that is obviously bad their beef products is always brown and starting to go bad their chicken is always on the verge of going bad and so is there pork the other night I went and finally took a couple of pictures this is gross!!!! Corporate needs to do something

We have a pretty good Walmart and I love the Walmart + Perks. I just wish when I chose to go through a non self checkout the waits were not so long.

Did online shopping from their app! They did the shopping & loaded up my van! I am so grateful for this service due to my anxiety because it's hard for me to go into big stores. They found everything and did an awesome job! The people who load up your vehicle are very considerate! Couldn't ask for better!!

We are from out of town and this store was amazing compared to what we are used to! Super clean, staff was very friendly and offered help, and I love that they allowed truckers to park over night in there lot.

Traveled to Winchester Illinois, stopped here on our way home, and I was impressed with how clean it was !I was able to navigate the isle ways with the cart and not run over items scattered around, unlike our local Wal-Mart.I found what I needed, I was greeted by the employees with a genuine smile and manners, ( I'm not used to such great customer service from Wal-Mart employeesKudos to your team !!! ).

You keep moving stuff,you have made the isles narrow enough 2 carts hardly have room to get by each other and I absolutely refuse to use your self check out! Put more cashiers on the floor! I like it when someone says THANK YOU for spending 300.00 of my hard earned money THIS WEEK !!!

This Walmart has lower prices and better selection than Centralia super center in Illinois. Salem also has Kentucky Fried Chicken and Arby's close by. The store and bathrooms are clean. The staff are friendly.

Matthew, Gary, and Tyler were life savers for us tonight! Long story short my husband and I got a flat. The tire could not be patched it was to bad. Walmart approved and they were willing to stay over to fix our tire!!! They put a new one on!!!!! They were tired but still nice! There are still good ppl in the world!!!! They helped us see that today ☺️ We thank Jehovah God for them!!!

This place is a joke. Management Has no clue to what's going on . Employees seem like a bunch of Kindergarters.ask them a question. All you get is I don't know not my Department. Or don't know where anything is just down load the appBig waste of time. ..

This is actually my favorite Walmart in the region, but I really miss being able to shop late at night so I can avoid the crowds. Between the volume of customers and the employees stocking or just standing in the aisles on their phones, it was nearly impossible to shop today. I've had easier times trying to navigate through Chicago and Atlanta. My advice is to steer clear on Sunday afternoons. I will say the employees are generally friendly and I've always had good experiences with their tire and Auto center.

Well all I can say is that if you find something on clearance take a picture of the tag that it's setting up above. Because if it doesn't ring up for the clearance price and it's not marked on the object whoever goes and does that price check will lie and say that it's not on sale they lie. Because if they go back there and they can't find it rather than just coming back and saying I couldn't find it want to come help me look for it they'll just lie and tell you it was not on sale. Other than that our store is pretty great

Workers are great, physical building is nice, consistent inventory is a hit and miss. Deli makes no sense selling by pieces of food instead of weight for some things and by weight for others. Alcohol policy is hit and miss also, depending on cashier. A decent store just very poorly managed. Corporate really needs to review how this store is managed.

Had what we needed. Came out this way for a church function for the grandson. Stopped in to see if this walmart had just plain old cat litter. They did. Our walmart is turning into an outhouse. Out of this, out of that and only one check out with a person.
