Very nice "lunch" selection. They have a great selection of produce, nuts, candy, and more. If you want quality meat, this is your place. Their deli has a nice selection as well, and everyone is always friendly.

Friendliest place I have visited in Salem, Illinois. This is such clean and inviting establishment. Fresh meats, produce and gourmet candies in bulk are the things that you notice immediately upon entering. Take a few minutes to wander around this quaint little gem! Produce Plus is an understatement. They have lots of specialty items that you are NOT going to find at the Super Stores. The fresh cut meats are by far the best looking in town! Famous for many things, high on my list is smoked pork chops and ham. They have a good selection of pasta salads and side dishes to enhance any meal. Seasonal treats and catering add to the list of great things coming out of this wonderful little shop. Go see what you have been missing.

For a produce store, they don't have much produce. I shop here for better quality meats and cheese vs "Walmart"

Our church Thanksgiving Dinner was on 11/20/2022. I ordered turkey and gravy from Produce Plus 2 weeks before the dinner. It was to be picked up 11/19/22 the Saturday night before by 5:30. I did get 2 calls on Saturday asking if I wanted the turkey cold or warm. So I was confident everything would be ready for pick up. I had my daughter pick up the turkey. She called me saying they had no turkey for Mt. Moriah Church. I spoke to the girl myself who said she never heard or seen anything about our order. They did have an order that was to be picked up on Sunday morning and she gave that order to us. This was bad deal but could have been worse if there would have been no turkey for the dinner. The turkey was delicious. I had planned to call the owner and try to find out what had happened since sometimes those who should know, never find out. Then comes today 11/23/22…a phone call at 5:30 received from Produce Plus. A young silly acting girl was calling to ask me if I was going to pick up my turkey order by 6pm? I tried to explain as she was relaying the conversation to the kids who were there with her. I told her that my turkey pick up time was last Saturday. She actually laughed… she continued to relay to the group what had happened at which a boy in the background yells OUR BAD!!!I have shopped there many times over the years buying produce, flowers, meat and never had a problem. But something has happened here and the place will not be open much longer if they don’t get some adult supervision for this once fine store.

They have very nice stuff in this small store but the young girl who helped us was "phony" she "acted" like she wanted to help but gave us the smallest cuts if meat that she possibly could 🤔 if I pay an arm and a leg for a sandwich I expect to get my money's worth! Then she went in the back and was laughing about it 🤔 I don't understand some people! Otherwise the store I'd a nice place to go!

This place is awesome! Fresh cuts of meats, sandwiches made on the spot, seafood... Tons of candies unique to the area. Great staff and really just to much to add here. They have Boar's Head deli meat which is rare to find north of Arkansas.

I have not actually tried their product but were scheduled to until they told a group from Flora that they needed $1,000 up front in order to get their truck to our class reunion. This is a detail that should have been discussed much earlier than 3 days prior to the reunion. Very disappointing to hear this.

The ribeyes are awesome! Great prices too!!We have tried the tomahawk steaks and they were amazing. They have such beautiful produce and all of their prices are very reasonable.

Foods good and the lady that made the sandwich was nice but the sandy short haired lady didn’t seem like she wanted me in there? I guess she thought being unfriendly and rude would go un noticed. Well thanks to this new thing called the internet all you need to do is post a review and then maybe she will do better. Plus she said the beef and noodles were 2.99 and I ordered 3 and she charged me 3.99 per container.

Produce Plus has excellent meat! Love all the bulk candies and sweet treats that Christy Dace Ballard makes homemade!! Today beautifully displayed in the parking lot are several different colored mums for sale as well as pumpkins of all different sizes!! Produce Plus gets 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
