Me and my little girl ate there for the first time today. She had chicken strips and I had the tombstone burger and I have never had a burger like that... by far hands down the best burger I've had in years. Our waitress was super nice, very clean establishment, and we will be back. If you're in the area I highly recommend you stop by this place

Interesting place. They sell horse trailers and clothing and shoes and boots. The food has never disappointed. Big portions and cold beer. On certain occasions they have mechanical bull riding and other fun activities for all ages. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Iron Saddle Ranch! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is awesome and they have a wide variety of events. The staff is the best. We come here at least twice a week!

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. First visit. Bartender was very friendly and helpful. Beer was cold. Jalapeno cheese curds Appetizer was large and delicious. Food came out quick. Everything was good. Atmosphere was nice. Other customers friendly too. We will be back.

It was a great experience. They were normally closed on Monday but they were open so that we could have the family there for lunch after a funeral. We had about 45 people and the waitress was great. The food came out very timely and it was great!. I would highly recommend this place!

This place is so beautiful when you get inside. They have a mechanical bull and dart boards, we weren't able to use them because we had a wedding rehearsal after we ate. Our waitress was so sweet and took good care of us, and there were many. Everybody loved the food they ordered and the appetizers were so delicious.My daughter and I plan to make the hour drive to go back again.

My ,out of town , children and I ate there on Saturday afternoon. We were pleasantly happy on our experience there. The service was really good. Nice selection on the menu. Prices were very reasonable. Our selection was very good and filling. Would recommend .

We hosted an employee appreciation event here for around 70 people last month and everything was great! Apps, food, drinks, servers were all top notch. Bartenders were always smiling and took great care of us. They even had a band for us to enjoy and the fires outside were great. Thanks for a great time!

I want to love this place, I really do. But their service is almost always horrible. We waited twenty minutes for water, then right at an hour for our appetizers, and over an hour and a half for our main course. The restaurant was barely half full. We seen people arrive after us, eat and leave before we had appetizers. We also seen multiple tables get up and leave after not being waited on. We had to ask our waiter two times before speaking to a manager, where she then blamed the entire issue on the kitchen. Funny because other people was getting food, just not her section. My husband's steak then came out medium well instead of medium rare. This isn't our first terrible service experience, yet being local we have tried to be supportive. Our food typically is good so we've returned after terrible service. Only time we had good service was brunch on fathers day. Tonight they did finally comp our entire meal so for that we are thankful, but they do really need to get better work staff as this is no way to run a restaurant or have a profitable business.

We really wanted to like this place, but we’re disappointed for our 1st time. My family (6 of us total) came after a state basketball game at Rend Lake College and we were super excited to try this place out from seeing it on Facebook all the time. We were seated in a booth fast, but after that everything went downhill. We watched waitresses walk by us, smile, and then proceed to wait on other tables. We watched new people get sat and waited on all before someone even took our drink order. Finally, after literally 40 minutes (I kept track because I originally had plans for after our meal) my mother stopped a waitress walking by and asked her to take our orders; drink and food. She kindly did and we started to have faith in our experience. About 20 minutes after ordering them our drinks came. So in total we waited an hour just to get sodas and teas. As we waited for our food we kept watching new tables come in and leave before we even got our appetizer. It was another 45 minutes before we got our food. My French fries were partially cool like they had been sitting for a while and my mothers steak which was supposed to be well done (I know gross) came out medium rare. In all the experience was not great, but maybe it was just a bad night. We truly wanted to like this place, but everything bad that could happen happened. We do plan on giving it another shot in the future for hopefully a better experience.

Couldn't pay me to eat here again. Seated quick enough. Ordered took them 40 minutes to come out and tell me they were out of the ribeyes. Looked at the menu for about 10 minutes decided I would order the special of spicy chili only for them to be out of that as well. Finally settled on the chop wrapped in bacon. It was so dry I had to wash every bite down with my drink. Spent half the meal picking fruit flues out of my whisky. Only reason they got a 2 star is because the servers were as helpful as they could be.

We had a large group come in tonight. It looked amazing with all the saddles up front with all the other gear. Very welcoming atmosphere. With live music tonight. The service and food was amazing. Your Ribeyes are always done perfect. Then we finished the night will some of them Bull Riding. Thank you so much. We will cherish these memories.

My husband and I ate at the restaurant last Saturday afternoon. His chopped steak was tender and very delicious. The baked potato was PERFECT! I had a longhorn burger and onion rings. The onion rings were absolutely scrumptious. I loved their size. Perfect bitesize! We'll be back!!!

Server was great, food was barely warm when we got it. Good potato salad, green beans had zero taste and lukewarm and steak was good, but also lukewarm. Great atmosphere. Husband's burger came with literally nothing on it and fries were cold. Food took 45 min to get but its a Saturday so I get it, but still. Well done steak came out before a Quesadilla and it was cold too.

My husband and I ate there 3/18/22.. about 4:30 in the afternoon. They weren’t extremely busy. We NEVER saw our waitress. Hostess took our drink order, appetizer order and food order. Still never saw our waitress. Nachos came out cold, soggy and grease soaked. Steaks tasted awful. Left a nasty cold burnt aftertaste. I order mine well done so I know they take a little extra but they should be able to be cooked without tasting like they’re burnt. Potato salad lacked potatoes and flavor but had plenty of celery and onions. Waitress never made an appearance the whole time we were there. The money we paid compared to the quality of the food is ridiculous. Extremely overpriced for the quality.

I’ve been several times, to the bar, restaurant and shop. The employees are super helpful. A lot of them seem to be young without a lot of experience, but the place is new and I’m sure they are learning as they go. Just about every restaurant owner will tell you experienced staff is hard to find right now. I’ve never had an unreasonable wait time and our servers have always been attentive.my drinks have always been well made and served quickly. It’s nice to see someone investing on this area at a time when so many are shutting down or cutting hours.

This place is huge! Very nice bar and grill. Went to see a new band in the area. Josie and the Handsome SBs. They were great. If you haven't seen them yet, look them up. The lead singer is very unique and has a beautiful voice. I'm looking forward to coming back to see other bands too. I heard Van Waylon Band will be here in October... this kind of place was set up for bands and having fun. Eating some great food and having some great drinks. Listening to great music...that's what this place was designed for. Hopefully they will be around a long time.
