I had the $5 off coupon stored on my phone and for some reason it did not take it off the receipt. I was sitting in the parking lot and I realized it so I went back in. When I went back in the lady told me she couldn't do nothing about it because I did not have the paper coupon. I showed her it was on my phone and she said sorry nothing I can do. Only reason I went to that Dollar General was because I had the $5 off coupon and it was only good on Saturday. I could have really used the $5 savings. It just made me feel like I don't need to go back to that Dollar General. In my opinion that lady was rude because she was not willing to help me.

Helpful staff, store was very well kept, clean , shelves were stocked, bathrooms were clean. Staff was readily available, seemed anxious to help. Seemed to have a relationship with a lot of the customers in the store. Very neat family environment for a dollar store. It was a different layout than other dollar stores I had been in before, but it was very well organized!, been there a few times since!

It is so much better in there now that it is newer! Friendly helpful staff, the food selection is pretty good and convenient. Great prices, kid toys, a LOT of clearance. They have a good selection for clothes also which is great since I have a toddler and a baby. They also have house decor, picture frames, MOVIES! Snacks, bathroom, kitchen. Seasonal decor! Just a smaller version of Walmart honestly, some better deals too! Great job, clean in there keep up the good work!

Better location than the local Walmart but not a better experience. Every time I go into this store they have aisles blocked with the giant carts full of boxes. The employees are restocking, I get that's their job. However, the aisles are too close together and the store is not neat. It's hard to get through the store with a cart or sometimes without. Also, most if the staff looks new every week and do not know what they are doing or where things are at. The only thing it seems is going well at DG is the digital coupons, otherwise I wouldn't go in this store.

Everything is fine with the store. The only thing that bothers me is when clerks grab my 1liter or 20oz soda by the part of the soda bottle that I drink out of. I don't want to taste your hand germs. Thanks.- it's not only the Dollar General that does that, it's pretty much every store.

Love the new location being that it is close to where I live. Access to the parking lot... not so much. It was horribly planned. but it's a nice new store with a larger selection than before

Nice, recently built DG. It's a little crowded but not junky or cluttered like some of the old strip mall stores. I only shop the clearance and the sales here, otherwise, it's cheaper to shop at Walmart.

Dg has gone down hill from just 5 years. The stores are cluttered, half of the shelves are empty, you quit carrying a lot of things that were popular and the staff has definitely went downhill..

EVERYTHING OVERPRICED, DIRTY, AND JUST READ THERE REVIEWSI will never support companies like this.THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH AMERICA. DOLLAR GENERAL SHOULD FILE BANKRUPTCY. It's brand new but much needed service for community it's located in Iuka.. so convient for rural service.. offers a good choices of food's, household, health &beauty aids, and much more...

Went into there to browse to see what was on sale... very helpful and nice people work there! I've been to Vandalia and Sandoval Dollar General this weekend and they weren't this helpful or kind as Salem

Store is small, aisles are very narrow, slow cashiers and staff stocking selves block aisles with ty here carts and themselves so customers cant get thru.

Its not a superstore, but they do have a good selection. They don't have a lot of frozen foods selection but have what you expect.
