1st impression was AMAZING! I messaged on either a Friday night or Saturday - someone still responded right away!!! I LOVED that I could text & send pics to give them a heads up of the issues I was concerned about. Then I got there, and like A LOT of the people who complained about this, I was not hapoy about my dogs going with someone the did t know without me there (especially my 1, due to his past history of severe abuse & being used as a "bait dog"). But - I think it actually works better that way! It's like kids - they will misbehave if they know a parent is near-by. But pht them with ANYONE else, & they will be on their beat behavior!! My pup has a huge mass - and I was told it would be 1 price. After some hard times & saving what I could, I had the money. So I called and FINALLY made the appt, so excited my baby could FINALLY go back to being normal & out of pain. Well - the mass grew in that time - A LOT. so, the were not able to do it, mostly due to both the excess time it would take & with the size, it was al.ost DOUBLE of what I was originally quoted. Dr. Abby did run blood work to make sure there were no other issues, and as far as I know, you can generally tell if the mass was...well, the really bad kind, from blood work (of course, not how bad - just that it was what it was). His labs came back clean & great!! I can't lie - I was so angry when they said they could do it that day. Heartbroken, angry- you name it. I just sat in my car & cried. Now, I get it ( I even got it then - I just wanted him to be "normal" & most of all comfortable again). Very grateful we found Dr. Abby & her amazing staff!!

You can send pictures of pets to show problem and make appt by text. I would like to go in with my pet. They come to car and get your pet and bring back.

Some of the nicest people work here. They have always taken the best care of our pets here. Dr. Abby is very patient and thorough and she always takes the time to explain what is going on with our dog and give tips for taking the best care of her. You can really tell that she and her staff live what they do and the animals they care for.

I've always had great service here. My dog use to hate going to the vet but she actually doesn't mind it when I take her there. Also being able to text has been very convenient for me personally. My dog is very protective of me so it seems to make visits go better when she is alone.

I love this vet! I actually made app here because the vet I live by wasn't accepting new patients and man was I lucky. They treated my pups well and really listened to all my concerns. 5 stars guys you deserve it!

Took my cat in this morning, come to find out he had stones in his bladder! He made it through surgery just fine! He he has to stay over night for observation! VERY decent on the prices! Would definitely recommend!

Currently pet drop off services only due to covid 19 pandemic (meaning owner stays in car). However, I have taken my dogs to Dr Abby for the past decade and she is a Wonderfully caring Veterinarian!! My experiences with Deuel Veterinary services are vast! Surgery, wellness care, palliative care, etc. She does it all!

Dr. Douglas did spring shots, coggins, floating teeth. He was awesome very informative, kind and patient. Never have I met a vet like him. Would recommend him 100 per cent.

I don't have human children. I have dog children. We moved recently from Texas(where Sadie and Junior loved their vet) and I did extensive research to find them someone as good/better. Everyone I asked from Iuka to Salem to Mt. Vernon recommended Dr. Abby. They were right. LOVE her! Price is wonderfully affordable and her care and time with each individual animal is outstanding. When I was very young, my pets went to see Dr. Sprague in that very same office. A little nostalgia is always nice too. Either way, you want a great doc for your fur children, this is the place. Thank you Dr. Abby♥️

We usually see another veterinarian but she is closed on Monday and Friday and we had an emergency situation. We called Dr. Abby and they got us right in. It was a Friday and they were busy but they worked us in. Our dog had to have abdominal surgery to remove the rocks he had swallowed. We had many questions after hours and left messages on the office phone. Someone would always call us back. Often times it was Dr Abby who called back. Great veterinarian!! We highly recommend Dr. Abby!!

Gave my dog rabbies shot and overlapped her heartworm medication WITHOUT my consent. (She was vaccinated a month ago another vet.) And won't even call me back to let me know if my dog is going to be alright or not with the overlapped heartworm medicine.

Kimber and I only have GREAT things to say about Dr Abby and Vivian and Maizy's Stay and Play. They have always been very accommodating and shown my pittie girl nothing but first class service. It seems unfitting to only give them 5 stars when they deserve much more. ❤️❤️

I would not tell anyone to go to this vet. we called to have them tend to a horse that wae sick. they would not come because they said we did not have them treated by their servece before, even thow we have used them for other anamals.
