Oh goodness, I brought them my dog who was an absolute mess. He does not let me brush him, he's a long haired breed, and with too much going on in life, I wasn't able to afford a trip to the groomer for a very long time. When I finally had enough to cover it, I messaged them and explained the situation- that my dog was a sweetheart who just happened to be matted all over, with nails like that of a witch. I told them "I absolutely do not expect him to return looking cute or for his hair to be even, all I'm asking is that you get the matts out, as my clippers aren't powerful enough to get through them." They said they understood, worked with me on some timing and scheduling issues I had, and sent my pup home looking AMAZING. I was floored. They did such an amazing job. I've had it in the back of my mind that I needed to get on here and write a review ever since, and I'm just now getting to it after a couple months.. but anyways, I highly reccomend this place!

Bobbette was so patient with our anxious, near-90 pound pup. He would not get on her state of the art hydraulic table, so she worked and moved with him to make him comfortable. He does not like water, so she gave him a "dry bath" using some foam shampoo and combed his undercoat with a cat comb, yielding just a ton of hair. She trimmed up other areas with a very quiet battery-operated shaver, and filed and trimmed his nails. He is so soft and smells so good! His coat is shiny and clean! This took close to an hour, and was VERY inexpensive! If you ask me, she should charge more! Thanks, Bobbette! Chico is a happy, clean boy!

Asked to get my domestic long haired shaved and she told me that if I can’t do it, neither can they. Isn’t that their job?? Very unprofessional. If I was able to do it myself, I wouldn’t have to pay a groomer to do it for me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
