Stopped in for a quick bite before an appointment. The girls at the counter were super attentive, respectful, and smiley with excellent customer service. Fast table service and drive thru. The food was delicious, probably one of the best cheeseburgers I've ever had from a fast food business. No joke! The interior was super clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The only reason why I gave 4 stars, is that the exterior had cigarette buds all along the walkway to the outside restroom. Inside the restroom, it was fully stocked, clean, trash was well kept, but the smell.... again of smoke was overwhelming. Maybe, when it gets warmer, prop that door open alittle, when not in use. Eew!

Went through the drive-thru. Two different people took order but when we got our order it was correct. Everything was freshly made and hot. Staff was extremely well mannered and friendly. Will definitely be making a return trip.

I usually have really good food here but I ordered a blizzard there was nothing in it. Why order a chocolate brownie extreme blizzard and if it has is a few chocolate pieces and no brownies. If you are out of brownies please let the customer know and I would've ordered something else. If I wanted a milkshake I would have ordered one and I wouldn't have had the paid the price of a blizzard that had nothing in it.

This place is great. I always walk in as the drive thru is on the passenger side and I am always by myself. I always get the oreo blizzard here and it never disappoints. Great place for a sweet treat and some food as well. Super quick and great customer service. The pumpkin pie blizzards are also amazing while they are around.

The greatest Dairy Queen of my childhood. I have so many memories of this place, and the food is good. Although I'm taking off one star because the floor always feels a little sticky.

Always understaffed. Always a bit confused. Always keeps the customer waiting. Your response to the consumer reviews is generic and canned. Fix the problem by having a mature adult on site , better trained teens and more staff. You take advantage of the consumer who has few choices in Rushville. I'll spend my $ at the Dairy Dipper in Astoria.

This restaurant is essentially ran by kids (high school age). I rarely see an adult out front. That being said, it is always clean. Food comes out okay. They are just very unorganized and you might have to remind them what you ordered when they bring you your food.

No dine in available during covid, the drive in was backwards, you have to get food and pay from passenger side. I had to get out of my SUV and walk up to drive thru. Inconvenience to the max, the food was good but then young man who waited on me acted as if he didnt know what he was doing.

The drive thru is laid out backwards, meaning after ordering I had to get out of my car to pay. After I waited for 7 min for one of the three workers to take my payment, I left. Giving this 2 stars mainly because I didn't really need a fatty treat in the first place.

I had a medium pecan cluster blizzard and they always tip it upside down. The Dairy Queen in Jacksonville makes perfect blizzards! It's a relatively newly place and nice inside. It's always plenty cool in the summer and plenty of room for patrons.

If you are traveling to this particular Dairy Queen, I hope you have somebody sitting in the passenger seat next to you. The drive-thru is built different than any place I've ever seen. It's backwards. You can order from the driver's side, but as you pull around to get your items, the window to pay and pick up your food is on the passenger's side. If you are traveling alone I suggest you go inside, because you have to put the car in park reach over the passenger seat to get to the person at the window.I will admit that the blizzard that I ordered, was very good, and they did serve it to me upside down like they are supposed to.

Rushville DQ has that nice hometown feel to it. I found it to be very clean, staff were friendly and this is one restaurant I don't have to worry if my takeout order is correct. They do a great job of making sure what you've ordered is what you are getting. I will continue get my favorite "Cotton Candy" Ice Cream Cones from there. If you've never had one, I suggest you run right out and try one, Mmmmm, Mmm, Mmmm...so good.

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes in the parking lot before I could park. The drive thru line was backed up all the way around and into the street. I went inside got 2 blizzards and waited another 10 minutes to backup to leave.

Small town Dairy Queen with friendly staff. If you're from the area you'll probably be waited on by someone you know and you'll see people you know eating there which gives it a hospitality lacking in larger city Dairy Queens. And I know this has been mentioned before but I would be remiss if I didn't say something about the drive up window. If you go to the drive up, you'd better have long arms or someone in the passenger seat because their drive up window is located on the passenger side of your car. This is what is called an engineering oversight, but it's no big deal.

This is my all time favorite Dairy Queen. Chicken Strip basket is a must! I wish corporate would bring back the Honey Hot Chicken Strip baskets. I always skipped the ranch and asked for gravy.

Very clean restaurant. Was nice of them tp bring our food to the table though they forgot our coffee we had ordered...no big deal, they said they had to make a fresh pot. Totally understandable lol, its an ice cream shop not a coffee shop. Would have been nice to see more smiling employees though...

Completely unorganized, nobody wearing gloves, workers taking hats off scratching their heads while making food. Just very unsanitary. Would not go back.
