I didn’t have much of a problem with this target.I found the items I was looking for when I went in.It was convenient to my hotel.The customers were nice.However yesterday the customer service I received from the pharmacy tech was horrible a young white guy)I was trying to ask him a question.It was a yes or no questionHe he acted as if I was really bothering him and he was so rude so I just left.I don’t think he should have been that rude. Maybe he was under staffed IDK

This store, its employees and management are all garbage human beings. They must get kickbacks from the towing company. I would advise you not take more than 15 minutes to shop here (if at all) because they simply don’t value you as a customer, and that’s fine. If you believe in Karma; 😉 They’ll get theirs. Hopefully swiftly.

I went in with my client earlier today so he can get his phone fixed. The gentleman working in the tech department was very helpful and took care of my clients problem with the phone. Client was very satisfied.

Over priced on there luggage. So expensive and not disorganized on the shelf. Hard to tell which tag is for the price of the luggage. Would be nice if they had the price on the tags. Again way over priced could get same thing cheaper at Walmart. They had no registers open long lines at self check outs. While staff standing around and not opening more tills. Wouldn't recommend target to others.

going to this target for a few years now.Nice and friendly people out there plus there is a Starbucks in there.Recently few of the sections at target got renovated and I must say its impressing.The only thing is you wont find a whole variety of groceries there.

I should have read the reviews before shopping at this Target. My car was towed while here. Definitely do not park anywhere near this store if there is an event at Allstate. It will get towed! And no one at the store or tow lot care. They just make money from it!!

Absolute worst experience. I don’t think I’ll shop at Target again. Walked out empty handed after carrying $300 of merchandise. Came in after work to shop for some 4th of July weekend outfits. Noticed dressing room was blocked off but assumed employee had to step away so I waited for 10 minutes, no employee in sight, hit call for help button, waited another 10 minutes, no one in sight. At this point, there was a long line so let’s say $1000s of merchandise. Called the front desk to open it up, and they said sure but the sales rep who met us denied access since dressing rooms close at 7pm. She suggested no alternative.I asked if she could make an exception and she said no. I asked if I could try it on in front of a mirror, she said go for it. Awful experience. Glad Target’s clothes have become progressively more ugly so it was easy to walk away from the entire basket. Furious I wasted 45 minutes in the store.

I bought a few items and the cashier didn’t hand me the other bag. I left the store, thinking I had everything only to realize when I got home that she didn’t give me all the items. I’m trying to call and no one will answer and on my second attempt they hung up. It’s ridiculous that no one can answer a phone and now I’ve got to drive back over there and waste my time so I can get the items that she did not put in the bag. From now on, I’m doing self check out.

I've never really found a Target anywhere I found lacking in any way-and this one was no different. It was great! The Halloween stuff was out, and they always have the best decorations!! Love Target

This is the worst target in the area. Save yourself and find another one. The customer service is awful. The employees are rude. The checkout lanes are always long they don’t ever have anything you want in stock.

Hate this location everything I come in just rude customer service especially in the morning the lady at customer service. They are very unorganized that it starts to affect my day because of having to wait 20 minutes for something that takes 2. Hate this store Hate the workers haven't met a nice worker here.

This place is dangerously my home away from home. How can you not love Target?But this location in particular is extra great because there's a Starbucks at the entrance. Grab a cup to energize yourself before your impromptu $100 shopping trip.

We shopped at this Target in Rosemont and then walked over to Chipotle next door for lunch. When we came out, our car had been towed. The manager told us they do this sometimes and there's nothing they can do about it. We were given the tow yard phone number and had to take an Uber to go get our vehicle at the tow yard. Target did nothing to help us.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Why would I give 0 stars? Well, the bathrooms are absolutely unbearable. They are disgusting and a big disgrace. Target should be embarrassed of the way they keep their bathrooms. It is vile and should not be tolerated.

I am Target obsessed and this one is my favorite. It's huge. It has ton of employees that are always helpful. But my favorite thing is believe it or not the people watching. It's right next to Rosemont so you see all the concert-goers, and on Friday or Saturday night I'm telling you it's the place to be! It's hilarious. You get the awesomeness of Target, a great Starbucks, and fabulous people watching.

Used to be a five star Target. Constantly out of coffee creamer, staff is blaming pandemic for the lack of produce. Lame excuse!!January 2021 update...Targets profits increased significantly yet they can not hire enough staff to help customers check out with ease. See the picture of Monday night lines.March 2022 update…Broken carts, non working card readers and nearly empty shelves. At least the staff is helpful.

Target Rosemont Illinois was super busy on Friday nite. The check-out employees and addtl employees (floor managers) called out to guests into their check-out line to speed up the process. It was very obvious that all the Target guests were soo appreciative of their initiative to speed up the very long check-out lines by the smiles and overall atmosphere of the guests. Well done Target.

This target place tows customers cars for shopping in the plaza. Spent over $400 in this plaza to walk back to my rental car to be towed off.. it ended costing an additional $300 in cab fair and tow charge.. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Rosemont TARGET... F.U.

They have this tow company they will tow your car for no reason whenever there is a event at the Allstate arena when all you do is go to the target and try to leave then they say they the tow company who they have a contract with has their own policies and they will do nothing the management will just give you snotty attitude and that “have a good day” line tow trucks say contract towing when you call them it’s an automated loop on the phone disgusting makes me sick

This target is Ripoff central. I went there the other day to buy a bath mat, asked an associate for a price check and when I went to check out, they tried charging me twice the original price. Today I went to buy a swiffer sweeper which was clearly signed $8.99 and when I checked out, it rang up $11.99. I informed the woman at the self checkout who asked about 15 questions and when an associate confirmed it was signed $8.99, she questioned them too; THEN as I was leaving, she gave me a rude remark.

Have always gone to this particular Target because this store usually has everything I need in stock. I would say this is probably due to the fact that it is the closest Target near Chicago's O'Hare International Airport, off of the highway, and near entertainment areas, casino, other various venues, restaurants, and hotels. Very convenient location. Staff are super helpful. Parking can get a bit crazy. There are usually a high amount of tweens or teens hanging around but besides that, usually a busy store.
