I came to a very bad customer service in this store. It was a guy in a yellow sweater, I didn't catch his name. Im not sure if he is having a bad day or he is just a bad person, but he acted very unpleasant.I went there to change my new sneakers for bigger sizes. He told me that the box was not the right one but that was the box I got with them 3days before.Might be a mistake, but still rven if its a mistake it coming from their store. Im not there to match boxes, Im their customer! Then he told me I had to pay the difference, and I agreed and inserted my card. He also told me that the same shoes are not the same prices in different stores, and they not matching prices-which was not correct.In the end, he was not giving me my new receipt and I forced him to give me and he told me you was not charged!He was actually doing everything he should do, but he was telling me the opposite in order to satisfy his ego, probably but unfortunately he came to a wrong person!!Very weird person! I haven't had that experience never before in USA. Hope someone will take care of this person and provide better service in the future! I will not go back there soon.

This Puma Outlet Store was amazing! We found tons of really excellent Bargains toward the back right side of the store where they had lots and lots of clearance options. They had tons of workout clothing, men's and women's athletic shoes, soccer apparel, all the accessories to go with sporting shoes including specialty socks, jackets and other sports apparel. Some of the items were not that good of a bargain, but in the back for the clearance section the bargains were out of this world!

I have loved Puma for years and I am a diehard Puma fanatic. I usually buy online or the Woodfield Mall (which is no longer there) or the Aurora Location. This Rosemont location was the 1st time visit for me and the last!!I was given xmas gifts and needed to exchange for a smaller size and a small Puma bag that was peeling due to faulty cheap material. It was peeling on both sides where the bag folds due to nothing inside the bag.The manager accused me of chewing the bag!!!"We don't sell items in that terrible condition and someone has been chewing it" is what he said to meI explained to him that no one has chewed it and that is how I received it and all I wanted to do was exchange it for another one, I had my gift receipt in hand and tags were still on the bag!!!The rude manager would not believe me and went to get another bag to exchange but on inspection of the 2nd bag...IT WAS PEELING ON THE BOTTOM! I pointed that out to the rude manager....but yet I was accused of chewing the bag!!!"We don't sell items in that terrible condition and someone has been chewing it"I returned the bag and got credit and no apology from the rude manager!I will never return to the Rosemont location ...messed up how they treat their customers!

Quite a nice shop with lots of clothing and shoe options. Amazing service provided by the staff an gave good recommendations for shoes and paid full attention towards are need. Thanks for your efforts folks. The location has great products and great deals too.

It was my 1st time and definitely not my last. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store was clean and organised. It can be a little too pricey, even for the quality.But the deals they have when they have sales are awesome, and I love the overall quality of Puma clothing and gear. I just wish it was a bigger store with more selection. But for a small store it still has some variety.

This rating is specifically for the employee Martin. I went into the store over the weekend to pick up a couple of gifts. Martin helped me even while he had clothes to put out, clothes to organize, and other customers to attend to. He handled all of his tasks and was still able to help me with all of my tedious requests. He was extremely kind and professional and I think he sets a perfect example of what outstanding customer service should look like.

Love this place and it's sporty clothing and shoes. The people working there are nice and always ask out of the blue if we need any help finding anything. They also take the guidelines for covid seriously as they only let a couple of people in for safety.
