I had to go back to get a refund because the register receipt did not match the amount my card was charged. When I went back to ask the sales associate she did not give me a reason or even talk. It was a very odd interaction. She walked away quietly to get the manager to do the refund. The manager didn’t apologize , show concern or even acknowledge me. He did not address how the sales associate added over $8 to my card or ask any questions.I can’t help to feel like I was being deceived intentionally or someone was trying to add a tip for themselves. The sales associate even used a calculator when she was charging my card so apparently she never planned on charging my card what the register displayed.

Tiny shop but you will find lots of stuff for hiking enthusiast. I did end up purchasing something from them. I believe prices were bit higher especially for a company that i haven't heard before (comparing to Columbia and so on). Hope the quality will stand

I love the merchandise , great stock. But, the staff needs to be replaced with some kind and helping folks. This is my third visit to the store and I have never encountered such unruly personnel . Present staff at the counter are rude and arrogant . I had better things to do than spending an extra moment to teach them some soft skills and how to be kind to customers.Couldn’t stand their attitude.

This is a great place for quality goods but at reasonable price. I have visited this place back in November last year and in July. This place doesn't disappoint for both Summer or Winter clothing and accessories. Definitely check out this store if you are visiting the Fashion outlets of Chicago..

I love the Mountain Warehouse! There are always Bargains to be had. We do a lot of hiking and outdoor activities, and purchasing equipment and clothing can be very expensive. The Mountain Warehouse store at the Rosemont Premium Outlets makes it easy to find everything someone would need for outdoor activities. I love that they always have something on special. I even got a cute summer sun dress to wear for a casual outdoor wedding! The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I had to make a return today, on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. Angie (the regional manager) saw right to us, and switched out my sons coat. I was in and out of there in 4 minutes. Couldn’t have been happier

If you looking for a little bit more affordable snow wear or hike dressings than this is a good alternative to Columbia and Northface. You will get things at almost half price than other well known brands. They have many stuffs made in England.

The stuff Mountain Warehouse has to offer are very nice, reasonable price and good quality. But I'm giving this store a 1/5 stars (-100 if I could!) because of a very unpleasant experience from a very very rude employee at PM/closing shift named Rashaunda. Me and my friend were at this store just now and I'm so upset of how a single person's bad attitude can ruin anybody's night! Rashaunda was yelling at us, clapping out her hands while being verbally aggressive on us all because she wanted to go home already (store's closing at 9pm, she started getting annoyed at not just us, but to all the customers still shopping at 845 pm). She even got into an argument with another customer since the latter was telling her she overcharged him..and everybody in the store could hear how she rudely talked to that poor guy.It went more and more downhill when we were at last at the counter to pay. They have an ongoing ski gear sale instore right now and we were completely aware that for two sets, we should only expect to pay $200 plus tax (maybe $230 the most?) but when Rashaunda finished punching in the items, total came up to $340. Of course we asked her how come the total was waaaay too much but Rashaunda dismissed us, telling us we should just cancel the transaction and go back tomorrow if we're not willing to pay the $340 cause she "needs to close up and wants to go home already". IT WAS NOT EVEN 9PM, MIND YOU! I was just so shocked at how she had the nerves to treat us that way knowing that we are paying customers (we did not spend 1 hour inside the store just to look around..we are actually buying!!). And even if weren't buying, NOBODY SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE THAT! I don't agree to the saying "customers are always right" but I know that we didn't do anything to make her act so rude and inappropriate towards us! It's not like we were making her stay there for longer! No care at all whatsoever! Hoping this will reach the management of Mountain Warehouse. Rashaunda needs to be reprimanded!! People are not going to patronize even the best brands if employees will not treat their customers right!!

This place is a bate and switch! You cannot get the tagged prices if you don't give your information. I wanted to pay cash for an item and could not get the marked price unless I gave them my email and name details. What about CONSUMER PRIVACY!!!
