As any other Hot Topic store, the store is narrow full of stuff. Long time since I didn’t visited any branch, but I like all new stuff, especially all merchandise about “Nightmare before Christmas”, “Rick & Morty” & “Deagon Ball”. Funko Pop variety were also plenty, but none Pokémon related. Female attendant was very nice and supportive. I forgot to ask her name.

We were in the back checking clothes out and the employees came around us multiple times. Kept asking us if everything was okay or about the deals multiple times. Folding a shirt leave and come back. I don’t know if it’s protocol to be on high alert for minorities but it makes it hard to shop and my girlfriend was stressed out she couldn’t even pick anything and I was overwhelmed because I wanted the day to be nice for her. It was a skinny girl and a Mexican guy who made us not want to spend money here. 8/31/22

Very rude staff, my sister has really bad anxiety and was joke-fully trying to scare me with a scary mask. The mask was not touching her face at all and was at least 2 inches away from her face. She was publicly humiliated. She was told “please do not put the mask on your face that’s like kinda disgusting” in a very harsh and loud tone. There is absolutely no excuse for her to add the “that’s like kinda disgusting.” My sister felt really bad and wanted to buy the mask and was on the verge of crying. She ended up having an anxiety attack at the front and back of the store. Definitely not coming back.

Ariana... Sorry for the late review but thank you so much for going above and beyond and getting the last t-shirt on the top shelf using the ladder. This are the little things that makes you a grate associate or manager and makes people come back.

We were just there and we had a great experience! Both of the staff that we talked to tried to help us, and the one that could was great!Mikii, if I got her name correct, was amazing with answering our questions and trying to find the sizes that we wanted. I would definitely return if we were from around here.

We were in fairly close to closing time, and the store employee never once made us feel rushed. They have the standard Hot Topic products, although the layout is a bit different from other stores I've been to. There's a fun mix of "heavy" and whimsical for sale.

I absolutely love this store and the staff members make it so much more fun to shop because they are so nice and extremely helpful. They also are a little silly themselves so you are more free to actually have fun shopping

It used to have a big collection of Funko Pops that they don't have any longer, they still have clothing, all kinds of trinkets, and some action figures. It's a fun little mix of a typical Hot Topic store.

One of the nicest Hot Topics I've ever been too. It might not be as big as others but there customer service is seriously the BEST. The people working here are too good.

It is an amazing place that is updated with interesting items according to movie/comic/music band trend. Their staff is very nice and friendly.

Let's be honest, this isn't 2001 hot topic. It's practically a Disney store now. However they have a solid selection of band tees, so I still visit once in a while.

Hidden treasures all over the shop. The staff has been great in all my visits. Great chain and website (I recently discovered after someone from the staff mentioned it).

I love Hot Topic. I was able to find some tanks here that my usual Hot Topic didn't have.
