The worst customer service experience ever! Only one associate help me with finding a jacket. I appreciate her. I asked the cashier who rang me up about a pair of socks that would go good with the boots I was purchasing. One rude & lazy associate, pointed at the wall & walked off. Then the cashier proceeded to laugh hysterically as if it was a comedy club. This store definitely needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring people.

Absolutely terrible. Very small store for being an "outlet " store. Very limited selection, especially for boots. I would recommend just shopping online and not waste your time going to this rinky dink store.

Good deals plus wonderful helpful staff! First visit and I walked out happy with my purchase and discounts! Staff member assisted us with our return and we also got to buy few items and was able to use couple of my coupons which was great! They have organized and decent variety of items to choose from and some clearance as well. Best to for items before purchasing most items runs smaller than usual sizes.

Took 25 mins to process an online return only to be told at the end they couldn’t credit without the original credit card. My husband made the purchase and I had the receipt. Took 2 managers and one employee to even get that far. Very disappointing.

Staff was super helpful and pleasant to talk to. We showed up within the last hour they were closing (I've worked retail and I know how annoying that can be, so we didn't touch anything without the intention to buy). I couldn't decide what luggage or travel bag to go with. There was a young female employee who was patient enough to go through prices and discounts and different features for each bag I was looking at. She was extremely patient and helpful and I ended up very happy with a travel duffle I ended up getting on sale.Just another FYI, Columbia has almost the whole store on sale, highlight recommend checking them out and getting your gear while supplies and sales last. Definitely worth it and the staff Is awesome.

Please make sure you checked all items, when leaving this store.. I reside in Chicago and purchased, two items a vest and some socks. I spoke with the manager of the rosemont location (Eric) and was told they have to look at the cameras. I asked if it was ok for my partner to pick them up and I was told. “If we have time to look at the camera we will. He was very condescending, . It seems like no one wants to work anymore and do their jobs. You can’t get good customer service anywhere anymore. This location is the worst. I will just order online.

Was there the other day and was followed and watched like a hawk. I wasn't going to purchase anything after I was an assumed shop lifter! I ended up spending over $400 anyways.I didn't want to have made a blank trip. As I sit and think about how rude one associate was when I asked for assistance, I may just return everything 😟😟😟😮‍💨😠😠

Craziness inside the stores on the weekend! Has all types of coats, jackets, fleeces amd hoodies on sale. However was giving a percentage off but looks like they jacked the prices up so they are not losing any money!

Prices are amazing so I'm here almost every month. Only problem is a portion of the time employees forget to take off the security tags. One time I realized it was on one of the jackets when I got home so I had to drive back just to get it removed.

Great shopping for basics at a discount. Well-made active wear and outerwear, particularly for growing families. I would recommend this store to people who love the Columbia brand and don't want to pay top dollar.

The girl who rung me up was rude: no greetings and answered my questions with an attitude like I'm supposed to know. I love Columbia products but this girl who was there on Wed, 3/10/2021 really needs to learn how to work in customer service. I'd rather go to a different location with exceptional service

While in the the columbia outlet store in Aurora looking for boots for my son we had the store call the rosemont location to see if the had the size we were looking for which they said they had, so we had them put aside. We drive all the way from Aurora to rosemont to find they didn't have the size that we asked for pulled and they didn't have it.

We stop by this store all the time. The deals certainly aren't groundbreaking, but we've found some good deals every once in a while.
