Best customer service! They always have a great selection. Well stocked on sizes we needed. Even if you’re just window shopping, feel comfortable looking around in here and checking out all of their trendy looks. Prices were also less than anyplace I had checked before. The problem we have is our closet seems to be getting smaller with the shoes we've purchased. The most important part here is that the employees are very pleasant and super professional. Overall, we were pleased with great customer service and positive attitudes. Thanks guys for making our visit a great shopping experience. I definitely will visit this location again.

The female manager like a fat pig and sales guy threatened and harassed to customer who wants to exchange their goods. They are Very rude, ugly, mean. No attention and customer care for customer. The manager is so lazy and doesn’t have any knowledge, she cannot add and remove discounted items on her computer 🤮🤮🤮.Don’t go there!!!

Poor customer service. They don’t accept exchange/returns, when I bought a wallet as gift, I asked them if the item can be returned/exchanged and they said yes, and gave me a gift receipt. On the receipt, exchange and returns were allowed until January 19, but on January 18, they said they are not accepting the item. And the guy there even said “you can give it to another person as a gift, blah blah blah”. Rude.

Chad said that I can't take back the shoes to there store because I purchased it through PayPal to there online website . Warning if you're shopping cole haan and it's your shoe it's still considered your shoe if the shoe doesnt fit then exhange it . I shouldn't have to wait until it's returned . Never shopping here again .

I’m a loyal customer. Great product but the staff was extremely rude to me last night. They closed their doors at 645 when their store hours said 7pm and refused to even speak with me while I stood at the door. She was brushing me away and other customers who were at the door like we were bothering her. They just stood behind the cash register until we left. I have never been treated that way. When customer service is the most important thing I don’t think I will ever shop their shoes again. One bad apple ruined it all.

Just walking by the mall stopped by Cole Haan and as soon as i walked in a lady Tasharia offered to help if necessary, so that was a plus. I looked around and I did look at some shoes and since she was paying attention she asked if I needed to look at a particular size and I did. She also let me know what was the sale about and informed me about the different types of shoes. I ended up buying due to the service.Got some shoes, socks and a wallet, best of all it was at a good price.the Cole Haan shoes that I already own are of good quality and they have lasted a long time with me so that's why I bought these new ones.Will stop by again.

Designs are the same as the retail stores, but the quality is no where close. I've purchased items from both the factory and retail locations, and the retail items feel and wear much better. A belt from the factory store lasted all of two days before the buckle fell off. It was by no means two small as I wasn't using the last adjustment hole.

What a shame of a store. You can definitely tell they have a huge turnover rate. New manager everyday, but each manager worse than the rest. I love cole haan, but when you receive such a mediocre service, and you can tell nobody knows how to run a store. You just HAVE to shop somewhere else.

I have always been impressed by the quality and style the name Cole Haan represents. I own many pairs of shoes and 90% are Cole Haan. They are that good and they wear forever. When purchasing shoes I look to Cole Haan first.

Love Cole Haan. My son and I were on a trip to Chicago and decided to try the outlet mall. Very surprised and happy that many of the shoes on sale were great deals and we we both were able to walk out with something good.We will definitely come back in the summer.
