On 2/14 (Valentine’s day) The lady at the door was very big about following the COVID-19 guidelines (which we understand completely why and support due to working in fields following the same guidelines) my fiancé’s mask was down below his nose & when she asked him to pull it up he apologized and did , he didn’t notice it was down but I don’t understand why they don’t follow 6 feet apart guidelines, they have two registers open right next to each other & once I was being rung up , they asked the people standing behind me to be rung up at the same time which had them not even 1 & 1/2 feet apart from me and my family , which had me very confused on why nothing is followed there , also walking out we were told “have a nice day” as we were talking & before we can say anything to the girl at the front door she followed by saying “Or not”. Very disappointed especially with this being the very first all champion store we have ever came across & being a paying customer.

This place is very crowded but only 3 fitting rooms, and one of them is out of order. There are signs of 30% off all across the store and we decided to pick several pieces so that we can use 20% off with the mall pass. After we spent over half an hour picking up items (a lot of them are out of smaller sizes), waiting for fitting room and waiting in line to check, we were told none of the items we picked qualify for 30% off. They said they tell people about exclusions but with the loud music and big crowd of people, no idea how people will know which is included and which is excluded. They are tricking their customers! I don't know how the brand Champion came up with this strategy and it is totally disappointing.

The lady at the door was really rude . Talked down to us . Talked back to the customers there with a bad attitude she was a young girl at the door . To the owner please watch your cameras with the volume up so you can catch the girl being very rude to the customers trying to spend money there . Me and my husband left after that girl was being mean to me and giving me a bad attitude .
