Although this is an outlet store, it really feels like a main branch. Clothing is NOT substandard quality. The customer service reps must take classes on folding because everything in the store is perfect laid on the shelves!If you like a slimmer fit, Boss clothing is where gentlemen should shop. All pieces are very stylish. The suits aren't custom at this price point but they fit well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This Hugo BOSS Location at the Fashion outlets of Chicago it’s located on the 2nd floor Next door to the Banana republic store and across Burberry store , has a huge Hugo BOSS selection, from underwear, sunglasses, perfume , sport wear, Outdoor wear,to high end men’s suits and high end shoes😍!!.. , I love the ambience inside the store from the music they play to the big screen showing video clips of runway shows ..It’s feels like You are right there on the runway SHOW watching a fashion show🤩!!.. The store is very organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful , one of the sales representative ( Ricky) was telling about the importance of make everything perfect and how he displayed all the new collections by color coordination!!.. he did a great job!!..Thank you to Make my shopping Experience so Awesome!!..I 100 % Recommend this BOSS HUGO BOSS OUTLET Location at the Fashion outlets of Chicago!!..

I usually come here all the time. I always try to be nice to the staff and i never had any problems until today. I was trying to see different model of jeans and a really nice girl helped me out to find the right size. I walked out of the store and came back before closing and i believe the manager came and asked if I was going get any pants or not. After that he said ‘thank you for the mess’ I saw probably 1-2 pair of jeans in my second visit in the store and to be honest the staff was just wondering around. It really upsets me because I always try to be nice and understanding moreover we were not done yet. Totally unprofessional :)! Anyway thank you!

30% off the entire store apparently is only off the last marked price. When asked repeatedly if the discount was 40% plus an additional 30% store wide we were told yes until we got to the register. Ricardo the manager tried to explain that the extra signage around the store was just to be helpful and that additional did not actually mean additional because the tags had not been marked. What a waste of time after having previously had pleasant experiences with this store. It’s unfair to have verbally confirmed then only say at the register many people have had issues with the signage. I will be calling corporate to complain about misleading signage.

Horrible staff and customer service! I bought a coat and I called them afterwards to tell them it is big I need a smaller size. They had it and I asked them if can put it on the side for me, they refused and when I went the coat was sold out!They are so disrespectful to clients need, I bought another style but I had to exchange it again, and same story I called the store to tell them to put on hold the other one I also liked, they said ok and when I went there in a few hours they did not pit it on hold for me !!! So bad so disappointed

We purchased more clothes from Boss at Fashion Outlets of Chicago and some of them were the wrong size, and unfortunately we lost the receipt. When trying to exchange they said there is no way they can find the transaction and we can't do anything about it. Very disappointing!!

I have purchased 14 polo shirts in Boss Fashion Outlet of Chicago after asking the lady if i would be able to get paperbags for each since I was giving them as gift. The lady said I could so I went on with the purchase.Later on after paying, the lady gave me only 3 bags including the big bag where she placed them all. I asked for more and this “CYRUS” guy in the counted shouted and said “NO, ONLY FOUR!”I was told that I could get so I purchased more. Had they told me otherwise, I will not purchase. Then I asked for a store credit as they do not do refund because I won’t take the shirts anymore as this CYRUS guy rudely shouted no.The manager came to do my refund for store credit and asked me why. I told her the situation, explained to her that I asked before purchasing shirts and I was promised I could get. So she apologized and gave me 6 more which I was okay with.This Cyrus guy is rude probably because I was Asian as he was so friendly with the whites.

I'm very disappointed with the service at Hugo Boss at fashion outlets. The agents at the registers are always rude and unprofessional. They never greet the customers or thank them for their purchase. They act like they don't care about the customers at all. One of the reasons for this is the lack of bags and suit bags. They always run out of them and make the customers wait or carry their items without proper packaging. Another reason is that they seem to discourage the customers from buying anything. They always ask if you want to return the product, as if they don't want you to keep it. I don't feel welcome or valued as a customer here. I would not recommend this store to anyone who wants a pleasant shopping experience.

Really disappointed with the store representatives attitude. Though the collection and product is good, the customer service reps at register are terrible. They don’t have bags for suits and wrap the suit in plastic bag. when the customer questions about this, the reps simply show the attitude of take it or leave it.

Bought a $450 jeans and it started ripping within a year. Went in to complain about it and the manager goes "If you don't like our quality, then don't buy it again. " Awesome customer service.

Walked in the store had about two other customers but still no one offer me for help. The store is a total mess jeans are all everywhere the sizes are messed up. And the staff really rude treating me and my family like if we were to steal something. An asian girl even gave me a look like i wanst for that store. Totally never going back at that store. You have to walk trhough all the store to look for the right size. And i did bought something so they clearly new i was looking for something and still didnt offer help.

I had a very bad and unpleasant experience buying in Boss store in Chicaho. Customer service and returns are equal to zero. I bought an underwear, first of all they didn't allowed me to check of everything is ok at the store, but when I came home and when I opened the box, it was obvious that the underwear was used and damaged. I tried to return the package, buy they didn’t allowed that. So unprofessional! Avoid buying everything there! Completly unresponsible for a brand like Boss is.

Went to the mall on Memorial Day. Lots of people there. Boss Store had barley any people in it and yet there was a line. I am fine with covid restrictions, but in this case it seemed like there are more employees in the store than customers and they just kept everyone waiting outside. It took ages for anyone to complete checkout (not sure what they do there, maybe signing up for a BOSS credit card?). In the end I gave up waiting and bought Banana Republic polo shirts instead. No other stores I went to had a queue while barely anyone was inside.

People be careful! When you buying something you may return only for STORE CREDIT. My wife bought a jacket for me and I can’t return this. And when she was buying this, they said -“yes, sure you can return it”. But didn’t tell about store credit

What a terrible person is the store manager. I walked in with my 9-year old daughter and my wife, we listened to how he expressed himself in this place with such vulgar, rude words while another employee was helping me out. I wanted to buy a suit for my brother's wedding, but as soon as I heard this man's language with the other staff, I ran, scared because my daughter was listening to him. What a shame for HugoBoss! If they do not pay attention to the staff they have, much less in the quality of their products! I'M GOING TO ANOTHER STORE! DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!
