Came in to do an exchange and for some reason was not able to lookup my store card with my social. Got the run around with the customer service line and Brie did not call into the internal customer service line once but TWICE and advocated the issue to a Barclays Supervisor. In the end the financial institution advised that the lookup option was not accessible due to the state of my card being reissued and Brie resolved the transaction in the most kind manner. Love this store for the timeless style and quality, but will need to add an impressively helpful and dedicated staff to the list of great qualities!

place is weird. there was a worker trying to hang some clothes back up and he just walked directly in front of me like 2 inches away from my face. i backed up. maybe say excuse me? also dressing rooms were full of dust on the floors.

They had good discounts and plenty of variety with a great selection. The dressing room is easy, and checkout is a breeze, especially if you are getting extra discounts with your BR credit card.

This is a very ok BR Outlet. It's usually well organized, but be careful when you are shopping because during the busy times, it can be a zoo. Also, park at the left side of the parking garage if you want to use the entrance closest to the store.

They essentially stole $100 worth of merchandise from me during a return because they never processed the return i did in person. Will never be shopping at Banana again thanks to this experience
