Ordered a 3D Crystal online with light base. The crystal was gorgeous and received quite quickly however the other half of my order was never shipped nor received. I double checked my order and I did in fact order the base with gift wrapping prior to production. The order number is #1356963

I am beyond happy with this purchase. I ordered the large size rectangle one with the led light up rotating base for my fur baby who passed Sep 15th. It is so beautiful and captures every detail of my beautiful kitty. I received my order literally within days of ordering (I think like 4 days) it was so fast! I could not be happier. Thank you Artpix for making something so beautiful for us to keep a piece of my fur baby forever!!

Ordered a large crystal and paid almost $500. The girl who sold it to me said it would be a big one. The base was too small and the lady that was working even acknowledged it was too small. After much haggling the original seller wouldn’t even discount the for the base I was supposed to get. If this was a small purchase it wouldn’t have been a big deal. For $500 I expected more. And I know she will comment here and say ‘everyone is happy with the large base’ or ‘I didn’t even know we had an extra large base’. Regardless - you should sell the base that actually fits the product.

I was skeptical about ordering from Instagram but I did with the promise that the gift would arrive by the day after Mother’s Day. Well it arrived 6 days later. I wasn’t very happy about that, but the product they delivered was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The website chooses defaults that end up costing you more money for a preview of your 3D rendering, which I didn’t want but was in a hurry to order. Overall the product is awesome but the ordering system and communication from the company left me with mixed feelings.

I ordered the 3D box as a surprise gift for my father for Father’s Day and absolutely loved the detail and quality of the work. It came much faster than I thought. It only took about 4 days to get here. I am definitely going to purchase more of these on the future. I would highly recommend this as a gift for someone. Or just even to have in the house.

I absolutely love the 3d crystal rectangle. It arrived in 4 days, much faster than stated on their website. It comes in a very nice box and very well packaged for safety. I ordered this as a gift for my sisters birthday. I will definitely be putting another order for my mom, my other sister and one for myself. 10 stars all the way!

Ordered on Sunday and received on Wednesday. Beautifully packaged. I was absolutely blown away when I opened the box. It brought me to tears. A beautiful crystal with an amazing clear and sharp 3d image of my beautiful pup. I want to thank ArtPix for the speed and quality of this product. I ordered a heart shaped keychain for my sister for Christmas. I'm always a bit skeptical when ordering online. OMG it is perfect. It exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to give it to her at Christmas. It arrived within a week of ordering - such great service. I know I will be sneaking peeks at it and smiling like a Cheshire cat knowing I will give her a unique present that is unexpected. Thank you so much.

I ordered a medium sized rectangle keychain from the website. It was great at first. The picture was perfect and we loved it. HOWEVER, the keychain itself is cheap. Only a couple weeks after receiving it, the crystal had cracked. My husband and I were very careful to make sure nothing like that would happen and it still did. Once the crystal cracked it was a matter of days before it split in half. Like I said, the crystal used is cheap and for $60 I’m not happy about it. I tried to reach out to customer service and they refused to refund even a partial amount.

The 3D rectangle and keychain are amazing! I didn't not know what to expect when I opened the box, i was speechless! Shipping was fast, I order on Tuesday and got them on Saturday, just in time for Mother's Day! Definitely ordering again in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company! First, I called the number just to make sure it's a legit company. I called after hours and hung up when the message came on. A few hours later, someone called and left me a message if I had any questions, call during business hours. I was so impressed with this, taking the time to reach out before I even was a customer! And they took the time to check caller ID and reach out just by that number!!!The finished product is amazing!!! It came in 4 days after I placed the order! It was packed well, and simply spectacular!!! I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend this company!!!

Got finessed would not recommend.... prices on their site are deceiving for one, but that’s not even the main problem. Got my product and it looks mediocre I’m assuming a lot of the reviews are fake. Bought a necklace and it didn’t come out nearly as detailed as the ones in reviews. Plus the crystal is super thick and bulky. Would not recommend buying the crystal necklace.

I purchased a small crystal for my nephew.. the picture is of my late brother. When the package arrive it was securely wrapped and place in a beautiful little black box with satin lining! The quality was amazing and such a beautiful gift to share with my brothers son, who will cherish his image for a lifetime! We have very few photos of my brother and to see him captured in crystal forever made me cry!!!! I love it thank you so much! I purchased a second one of another brother I lost years ago and can not wait to receive it!!!!!!

I was disappointed with the piece I received, especially when the price was over $400. The company was prompt and showed fidelity to the shipping and delivery upcharge I paid and I appreciated that; however, the quality of the product did not meet my expectations, especially considering the lovely examples in the advertising images.

I took a risk ordering from a place I’d never heard of. I’d recently lost my cat and was struggling with the loss. I wanted a way to remember her that was more than just a paw print. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed in how it came out. Maybe I didn't choose the best picture but it wasn't very 3D at all and actually kind of hard to see. The etching didn't seemed as detailed or as pronounced as the photos online. If I didn't choose the best photo, I wish someone from customer service would have contacted me. I feel like I wasted my money.
